The food is great! Their chicken is cooked so well and their sides are great!

This place is ehh. Walked in it looks like it’s run down, random tables and chairs nothings in order. the cashier was a bit rude he definitely gave the vibe that he absolutely did not want to be there & it felt like we were bothering him by ordering. The chicken is not fresh it just sits on the grill, the food is cool/cold when it’s served. Seems like it’s microwaved for like 20 second before being served; I got the chicken plate (breast & wing) got mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese, the mashed potatoes are from a bag like instant mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese is alright. I also got chips and queso, the queso tasted old and the tortilla chips were so stale. The chicken was OK nothing to rave about honestly tasted like the rotisserie chicken from Costco. My boyfriend got the chicken tenders which were about doble what my plate cost and it was small portion of GRILLED chicken tenders, no where did it state they were grilled and the cashier also did not tell us they are grilled they were worse than my plate they were not seasoned well & they were almost burnt. Definitely do not recommend. Also for the quality of food it’s very over priced. Everything seems like it’s pre made & they just heat it up. Your better off buying a rotisserie chicken. Same quality.
We ordered a family pack for dinner. The chicken was wonderful, juicy, flavorful. Its a nice change from fried chicken. The sides were pretty good as well, especially the roasted corn. The only thing I would consider is adding more biscuits and the sides were a little small for the large family pack.
Great restaurant! I was happy to find a chicken restaurant with grilled instead of fried chicken. I ordered the two piece meal with original sauce, rice, and carrot cake. Yummy! The chicken was tender and flavourful, and the original sauce was tasty, not spicy. (There is a spicy sauce option, and a lemon pepper one, too.) I loved the rice! Again, not spicy hot, but we'll flavoured. And the carrot cake! Happy happy!
I can't tell the difference between the traditional & lemon. Bland flavor, the rice taste bland . I also ordered Nachos , not that great . Chips were all broken . Not satisfied with the food at all . I will not be tipping. I asked the cashier if he received the tips and he said no . Great customer service friendly.
I love grilled chicken, much more than fried. I was so happy to see this place opened close to my kid’s school. I’ve purchased food from them a few times now and I love it. I’ve only tried the traditional flavor and it’s outstanding. I will become a regular customer of this place.
If this location fails it’ll be due to poor management and the staff. It’s always a hassle to place an order how do to not have access to edit an order and the manager isn’t there for the day so your forcing ppl to purchase something when you made a mistake. Customer service doesn’t work like that nor does proper business practices. The guys that work there listening skills are horrible I always have to repeat myself after what was said was very clear. Little tip coming from an industry train chef your lemon flavor marinate is being left in the soak for too long or too much salt is added to the mix because it’s high blood pressure salty.
Stopped by there today. Purchased a burrito. Accidentally left my credit card. Within two hours I have close to $500 on Amazon charges. Luckily my bank flagged the charges and is working on it. Definitely filing charges and making it known these people are crooks.Chicken was full of gristle and no flavorPurchase at your own risk
Great service and amazing food! Grilled marinaded chicken and lots of sides and variations of entrees. So much to try and everything has been great. Clean establishment and friendly staff.
