Good food and the customer service has been excellent the two times I’ve gone.
Discovered on business trip for lunch , truly enjoyed Signature Chick Salad BLT with Watermelon Tea . Staff very friendly Katelyn (!)Clean restaurant, prompt service( they checked on me while I ate , nobody does that anymore IMPRESSIVE !!,but importantly GREAT TASTING FOOD!.Highly recommend stopping in for lunch .Steve Texas State Optical
Love this place! 2nd time coming here and the staff is super friendly! My favorite is the Fancy Fran! The grapes, apples and pineapples in the chicken salad made it more refreshing!

Purchased a large tub of the classic carol on 3/25. Made a sandwich when I got home and something tasted off. Checked the sale by date and it was 3/20….Disgusting!!!. Serving old chicken salad is a quick way to get someone really sick
Service was fast and friendly. The establishment was neat and clean. The food was tasty. I will return to this restaurant.

This is ridiculous, to have sick employees working in the back making the food that customers are eating! Both people in the back making my food were coughing all over the food. Send them home! Covid is rampant right now. One of them was wearing a managers shirt as well. Your front counter person was not wearing a mask at all. This place will make you sick!
I always get the fruity fran and loaded potato soup it’s *chefs kiss*Service is prompt and the place itself is very tidy and clean!
I am so sad to change this 5 star review from a year ago (keep in mind I come to chicken salad chick every day for lunch) I did curbside and had my order brought out to me and it was warmer than normal BEWARE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT IF ITS NOT COLD. I got food poisoning and NOBODY cared. I didn’t even get a big manager to call me back until I left a voicemail asking did I need to contact a lawyer? I like handling things with the local company but nobody would return my calls. I threw up and had diarrhea for 4 days and couldn’t even get a refund? The manager was more upset I mentioned a lawyer than rectifying that an employee gave me old food. This is so sad but the way the managers handled things Michelle Ryan etc I will never come back to another chicken salad chick ever again the owner would be SO SAD at how a daily customer was treated instead of apologizing, and refunding me they want to argue and be mean to customers who got sick off their negligent. Super sad and disgusting. Thank god I have recorded proof anytime I call them because they will not tell the truth. Chicken salad chick do better at customer care.
