My family and I have stopped here a couple of times after a swim meet or other activities. The workers are always so friendly and do such a great job at getting us what we need, keeping the dining room and restrooms clean, and everything else that they do!This location has a very nice, large lot which makes the drive through easy as you’re not wrapped all the way around the building.My kids enjoy the playground area too, and my wife and I enjoy sitting outside under the umbrella tables.
Not the level of service I expect from Chik Fil A.I ordered curbside and sat for over 25 minutes waiting for my food. Not super complicated. A spicy chicken meal and two shakes.Ive seen at least 5 other curbside cars come and get their food and then leave. I called for the food runners twice and didn’t get my shakes until I went inside.In the interim my wife pulled into the drive thru 5 minutes after me, ordered and got her food all before I got mine.Not sure what’s going on, but I hope the operator reads this post because this isn’t the level of service I expect from chik fil A.
App wants to know your name, your vehicle type and parking spot number for curbside service. Employee walks out with food and starts asking every driver what their name is. ...??? What is the point of asking for that info if it's not going to be used? I absolutely hate getting cold, under-filled and unsalted fries or hash browns. You're pretty much guaranteed they're served in this manner at this location. Order is accurate. +1. There are better locations.
This location has a really nice staff… but if im paying $8 for a chicken sandwich, I expect to get a chicken breast with actual meat on it. This is the 3rd time I ordered a chicken deluxe and got a chicken fillet that was mostly crust and batter. The chicken on the sandwich is getting thinner and thinner. Where is the MEAT?? Might start going elsewhere for my sandwich’s ?
First-I have always had great service both when I go through the drive through and delivery at this location. But recently I ordered through the CFA app for delivery. It came fast, but incomplete. The delivery person spoke no English so trying to get him to bring the rest of my order was made impossible. He just literally waved me away. I called the store. Spoke to a very nice person who said I had to go through door dash. Door dash said since I ordered through the CFA app, it was up to CFA. So I’m out part of my order and tipped higher because I’ve always had a great experience. Wish there was a better way to get delivery than through Door Dash.
Customer service was decent for the lunch rush however the customers are extremely impatient,rude and racist!!As I was waiting for my order to come out an older woman came up to my truck trying to speak Spanish and when I responded back in English she said “oh good you can understand this! Move out of the way because you Mexicans don’t even belong here”. Now I know people are in a rush BUT that does NOT give you the right to be so UGLY towards someone else. This isn’t the first time someone has been racist towards me while at this location.
We’ve been to this location several times and Jason is so amazing! He’s always so patient and kind to my kids. Every time we’re there he offers us help and provides us with information regarding events and fun activities going on at their location. He’s so proud of the work he does and raves about the owners who he works for. They are lucky to have him!
This Chick-fil-A has been deteriorating as of late. Staff yells at each other. When there later In the evening the staff is more interested in each other than the customer. The food is predictable. Last visit had at least 5 errors and a manager that would rather argue than correct the problem.
Ordered a #1 meal and didn’t even get the sandwich. Just fries….I’ve been going to chick fil a for 4 years now never had a problem until nowWould take this review down if they gave me a refund and maybe a free meal but I know they don’t care about their customers like that
I had Amazing time and I won Astros shirt and the staff extremely friendly.
