After a very hectic week, I stopped by Friday morning in the drive through lane, and once again, I was struck by how nice, personable and friendly your entire staff is. They are delightful young people and their parents and managers should be very proud of them. And this is totally aside from the good food and correct orders we always enjoy. A well-run establishment and a credit to our community.

Have been regular to this restaurant but past couple of week the curbside order through mobile is not up there. They messed up order couple of times in two weeks when I called them to check the manager says he will give free drink or food but doesn’t try to understand what went wrong. There could be problem with people reading my order or mistake with order itself. I am feeling disappointed that such a busy restaurant could not afford to spend couple of minutes to verify what went wrong. Last night whoever I spoke to is not rude as well and it’s my wish to prefer some other restaurant.
Horrible experience at Chick-fil-A today. While Finley was playing in the playground with a bunch of other young kids, 5 teenage girls came barreling into the playground. I reported this to a staff member who looked at me like I was crazy for not being okay with the teenagers playing. The girls were in the car attached to the tunnel making it bounce like crazy. The entire situation made me and several other parents uncomfortable. A staff member poked their head in the playground and then said absolutely nothing. She went and asked the parents of the girls if they knew they were in the playground and again nothing happened. Suffice it to say I took Finley and left. Safety is my number one priority when it comes to her and this was a very compromising situation. I am very disappointed in the staff at this location for being okay with this.
Love it love it. Especially because I love one of the kids that work there. He's turned me on to the chicken minis, salad without Blue Cheese and kiddie meals with Mac. Of course, I've lived with him for 16 years so I guess I have to love him. ?? before My son worked there, I would not turn towards a chic fil a but now I'm there often.i love what you've done with your employees and the extra mile you go to take care of them!
they forgot my root beer with my 8 nugget meal but they did give me a straw how am i suppose to drink my favorite drink in the world barq root beer
The restaurant was clean, this time a little more crowded that usual. The staff how took my order was very patience and took her time to clarify some of my questions (the order was dinner in). They brought it to my take. The staff was very polite. My little one ate and went to play in the playground (few location that have the playground open! Thank you!!!!). The food was delicious, fresh. 2 times different members of the team came to check all costumer is they need refill, trash to put away, etc.... Excellent service! Thanks for your great work.
What a well run CFA! Despite the amazing amount of customer traffic they are organized, clean and pleasant. They seem to do a great job training their staff giving young workers a good start. There is an especially cheerful and kind worker who takes care of our orders well- kudos to Victoria! We will keep coming back to this CFA!
Specifically asked for a certain cheese, the order on box is right. But get home and its the wrong cheese on both sandwiches I ordered. Don't like pepper jack....do better on the small things CFA...guess I should've held up the line and checked each sandwich or entire order ..
Friendly service, great tasting, fast and always leave there in a great mood due to the employees and managements desire to deliver a quality experience and quality food,. Our world needs a lot more of this!
