Convenient location right off the 45. The food and service is good, although they are always very busy. The best part though is that they are honest! I lost my credit card on a Friday, noticed on Sunday and figured it must have fallen out when eating at this Chick Fila. Went by Monday and they had it for me. PHEW! Saved me so much time having to cancel and reset up all my auto pays. Thank you!
This Chick fil A has got so bad.. Never gives sauces, when asked if they are in the bag they always say yes and I check and there are not any. Never get a straw with drinks. Yesterday ordered a sweet tea and received unsweetened, that just got thrown out because nobody will drink it. Called the manager to make him aware and he was just rude and said what do you want me to do.. I’m guessing he has been getting a lot of complaints. Going to start going out of my way to a different location.
I traveled to this particular location not near where I stay thinking I'll get better service then 1960 which ALWAYS have my order incorrect or throwed in a bag with fruit everywhere. BAD choice!! I was sitting in line after 2 cars were helped and empty 2 lane, an employee comes out, walk past my car to go take an order for a car that just pulled up ( 1 person was taking orders in the lane I was in) actually 2 cars that pulled up while I'm sitting over 5 minutes without assistance. Went inside to talk to a manager who told me basically " oh well, have a good day" with sarcasm which had me to call corporate office to complain on this treatment and waste of my gas and time because I DID NOT get to order my food nor have I received ANY response from this incident!
Rude employees taking our order to rude employees bringing our food.Constantly repeating our order to the employe, inconvenienced that we just had to look at the menu before ordering.We get to the actual drive thru at the end and we're told to pull up all the way to the cones. We did. It wasn't enough, he wanted our truck to eat the cones apparently. When we told him we would have to back up to get out now, the said employee said "we'll you better do it fast so other people can get out"I snapped at that point because he just delivered our food and I was still checking it to make sure it was all there. They didn't want us there, they didn't want our business nor did they want to wait on us.Fine. I don't have to go to this location again, I can find another chic FIL a if that's how they want to act..We never got our sauces either. So I'm currently eating The Lord's chicken with a bad taste in my mouth now.
I notice that with the other reviews the owner of this particular establishment has yet to follow up so maybe I should direct these complaints to corporate but this chic fil a is TERRIBLE! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going here. Please just drive to the next one do not go here! The staff is terrible! The worker practically threw the bag at me! The food was cold and the drink was flat! Never again!
The service was good. The staff new but did her best. That day they had easter bunny activities. And the playground is OPEN that is great for us who had kids!!!! The food was good and tasty as always
It seems like I have an issue at this Chick-fil-A every time I come. This time was the worst though. I went to the drive through line, placed my order then when I got to the front they told me to pull over to spot number 2 and they would bring me my food. I sat there for over 20 minutes with no one bringing my food. I had to get out of my car and walk up to the window to ask for my order. They still didn't have it ready, made sure to ask for them to have my sauces in the bag. It took another 10 minutes, the order was incorrect, didn't have all the items and there were no sauces in the bag. On top of that the shake that I ordered for my nephew was completely melted by the time he got it. Horrible customer service. won't be back to this Chick-fil-A for sure.
Root beers where nasty, (flat just tasted like syrup) ended up throwing order away… chicken biscuit wasn’t fresh or crispy , kind of under cooked, husbands bacon egg and cheese meal was overall not pleasant. girl taking our order was really sick. Never got receipt.The one on Silber is 1000% better!
Don't see what all the fuss is about. The fries were cold and the sandwich was tasteless. And yet there are lines at almost every restaurant. Then, for a small single order, please pull forward and person behind us got their order before us. Sorry, you have failed us.
