I'm giving it 4 stars mainly because I can't really knock the restaurant itself for anything. My wife and I just aren't big Chick-fil-A fans. It's been a few years since we've had them and decided to go there because my grandson is super picky and will only eat chicken nuggets if someone peels the breading off, so we figured we'd go there for the naked nuggets. After it was all said and done he didn't like anything but the drink, and even didn't care about the puzzle it came with(can't blame him on that it was really just a bunch of vertically shredded lines, from what I could tell). My wife got the spicy chicken sandwich and said it wasn't anything to write home about. I got the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets, as it comes. It was a descent salad, well made, all items were fresh, and the avocado lime ranch was good. I didn't detect any crispy red bell peppers or charred tomato in it like their website says, and I could have left out the corn, personally, but it wasn't shabby. The grilled chicken was a no go for it, and would probably have been better with breaded chicken strips or the like. I'd personally prefer just some ham or turkey chunks instead of the chicken. They took awhile, but they were packed, which always seems to be the case. Like I said I'm just not a big fan so take that into account when reading my review, as it appears from how packed they always are, my taste is on the minority side?. On a final note, I think it should be said that, as is the case with every chick fil a I've been to, the service and cleanliness were top notch. I truly believe this is where they shine. If burger King could get chick fil as hiring down, McDonald's would have something to worry about (well that and the fries). Seriously though, even with the lowered standards that seems to have become common practice across the board (seriously, service sucks everywhere), Chick-fil-A still seems to know how to hire and inspire their staff, because they do it right across the board.
2nd Horrible experience in 3 visits in last 2 weeks. Staff seems “friendly” but seem like they don’t care about the quality of the order or the customer experience. Truly disappointed.COLD “hot grilled filet” chicken, missing condiments, Make sure you check your bags, they are always missing condiments that go with certain things. Or they give you the wrong condiments.I Will travel to the TOMBALL location instead or go to a different place for my chicken salads. Truly saddened with this location.
I never thought I'd leave a 1 star for Chik-fil-a- my all time favorite fast food restaurant, very much known for their excellent service! I had placed an order over the phone because I couldn't online (I could only choose delivery but not pick up a party package). I had a birthday party nearby at a venue and wanted to provide breakfast. I got the mini breakfast biscuits but when we arrived no order was found under my name or number. Then they said they found it after I gave them the name of the person and the order # etc. However they said because it's 10 minutes passed breakfast time they can no longer make my order. IF ANY ONE PLACES A HUGE ORDER SEVERAL DAYS IN ADVANCE IT SHOULD BE MADE AND READY TO GO NO MATTER WHAT TIME THE CUSTOMER COMES TO PICK IT UP. Especially just 10-15 minutes after the end of breakfast time. They should be more accommodating. I thought that was ridiculous! I was so upset, I didn't even place a new order I just left. I will never place an over the phone order with them ever again. I was so disappointed in chikfila. Caused me to be late to my party and not have any food for guests. I will never come back to this location!
Horribly managed. The GM and AGM are awful to the cashiers, who all work extremely hard. I have a 10 years experience managing multiple locations for different national chains and can tell you this is the worst style of management that exists. Unfortunately it also gets results, and that’s all that matters, so they will continue at this location. Don’t apply to work here.
Got our food in the drive through before the person in front of us. Had to wait for 10 more minutes to get out because we were locked in. The drive through is horrible with 3 lines at 8pm at night.
The guy at the order line was chatting with the lady in the car ahead of me even after she ordered her food. The lane I was in had lot of cars behind me. That’s why 4 stars. The food was good and I got my order fast.
I can't believe that I am giving 2 stars to a Chick-fil-A. I placed a dine in order, got charged for it and after more than 30 minutes of waiting I went to the counter and I was told that my order was not in the system. I showed my receipt and they were going to start the order then which I refused and asked for a refund which they did. This is not the regular Chick-fil-A we go to all the time but I was very disappointed since we have been at many Chick-fil-A in different states and never had a situation like this.
Omg deni was the best person today handing out my food in lane 2. Such a great, sweet, funny, and genuine guy ! He deserves a raise. I love this location.
I waited in the drive-thru at lunch today forever. Then the lady at the pickup window instead of checking my bag before handing it to me decided to make fun of my name instead. Had she done her job properly she would have noticed my order was shorted and incorrect. Fast forward another 20+mins returning and waiting again for them to give me missing food, It wasn’t even warm. My meal actually looked disgusting. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE?TL:DR don’t eat here unless you have a lot of patience and time or thoroughly check your order before leaving.
