By far the best experience I have ever had at a Cheddars or another restaurant. Our server; Chelsea, was phenomenal! She was always quick to check on us and very good about making sure we had everything. She was very nice and courteous. The rest of the staff was very polite and genuine as well. Despite the fact they were busy; they were on top of it. I would highly recommend the staff and service at this Cheddars!
So the bathroom was a hot mess with broken toilet paper and paper towel holders. My favorite was the bus boy wandering around with his favorite tunes blasting from his phone. ?? can some teach home about ear buds? Our waiter was good as was the food. There are better Cheddars nearby
So at first I was going to overlook the fact that they forgot my bourbon sauce and that was the MAiN thing I was craving!I kept wondering why I tasted salt. And my rice is majority salt and butter‼️‼️‼️‼️ salt and butter‼️‼️‼️ praise the Lord I don’t have a blood pressure issue.My salmon was okay and the rice under the salmon was okay but I mixed my side of rice and corn. And thought it was the corn but once I took another bite I had to spit it out picture 1 is the rice and salt butter mixture on top of what I spit out. The other picture is where I scooped out the portion in the other pic to make sure I want tripping
Our server was nice, my salad was really good..The other dish was not so good and taken off our bill. chicken was dry, corn was bland and overall dish was not good..
The Buffalo Chicken Wraps are really good. Many times in the evening there is a wait here, however they will text you when they are ready to seat you.. Food typically comes out hot and quick, plus they have honey butter crescent rolls that will keep you going if you are famished. Overall it's a good value for a sit down meal. However beware if they are doing a car show at Bombshells next door ,parking quickly becomes a cluster and usually no parking lot security, might take 30-45 minutes to get out of the parking lot..
Only thing good was the croissant, which could be a little hotter. We ordered the white fish, one lemon pepper and one blackened. Lemon pepper was too salted and blackened, appeared they place season after the fish was cooked. Sweet carrots taste like candid yams and salad was not fresh. Very disappointed, as I thought all Cheddar’s were the same, not this one.
What a horrible experience. We only learned our server's name, Nicholas, from the receipt printout at the end. We had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even approached. We had the "call server" on the kiosk and got told those don't work. The host came back and said sorry we sat you at the wrong table and moved us one over to a dirty table. We got an appetizer that we had ordered off the kiosk before being greeted. When a server finally came over all we got was "I'll take care of y'all" before bring us the wrong drink. Got the manager to come over she apologized, said she'd take care of us the rest of the time. Then she left to get the right drink and after dropping it off we didn't see her again. We weren't checked on, no drink refills, nothing till the end when our server directed us to pay with the kiosk. This is truly appalling from start to finish. Save your time and money and go some where else.
I usually go to the location on 290 in Cypress. I was close by so I decided to give them a shot. The hostess was wearing her attitude on her sleeves. She lead me to a table and just threw my menu then said, "sit here." My waiter was pretty cool. He was very attentive and even made suggestions. Most of the stuff that I've interacted with after the hostess were pretty friendly.I order the steak medium but it looked medium well. The food was okay overall, but I was a bit disappointed. Other than that, the experience was fair. I'd probably just go back to the one in Cypress though.
One Of My Favorite Restaurants In Spring ? Food Is Always Fresh, Hot, & Good! I Typically Go For The Sirloin Steak Well Done. Nice Drinks As Well For Those Who Enjoy Mixed Drinks! They Are Only Giving 2 Croissants Now, I Notice The Amount Changes A Bit But It's Understandable. They Also Adjusted The Price For The Croissants, 2 For $1.99 Under The Appetizers!
Had our company Christmas party there. We were able to get a table with a relatively short wait time. I will say that the food is pretty good I guess, my shrimp were over cooked and blackened instead of grilled which is how I ordered them. Their honey butter croissants were very good tho. By far my favorite thing I ate that night. I give then 4 stars because 3.5 wasn't an option.
