This Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst experience and this was happened 3rd time. The staff and manager are not at all caring customers. And they are just having fun listening songs and dancing ... today i've ordered online and went for pick up after 30 mins as per the schedule. After going there they asked me to wait for 25 minutes and finally told me my order is missing and it will take time to cook again. I asked the manager to refund the money and decided not to go back again to this location. The manager gave the case number with her card up on request. One thing i've noticed even if we report to the management they dont care at all simply giving some additional points to your account if you signed up.

Having worked in restaurant and hospitality for over a decade, I am disappointed with food and service received. This was my first time patronizing BWW and if this is indicative of the experience in all of the facilities, this was my last.The host was 100% disinterested in doing his job. He was neither friendly nor courteous. The tables around us were not promptly bussed or manicured, this was including ours during our dining experience. Servers were drinking beverages on the floor. Our server was nowhere to be found after the delivery of our order, and when attempting to get the attention of another server, Cammie, she made eye contact and turned the other way, TWICE!!! Whether she is lazy or not a team player is sad.Being from Nashville, Tennessee I orders the Nashville Hot wings. They tasted NOTHING like it. I sent the wings back and requested HOT instead. The original wings were redropped in the deep fryer and then coated with the HOT sauce. The wings came back overcooked and tough. There was NO table visitation by the manager on duty to inquire about our satisfaction with the new wings.Highlights of the experience-- the onion rings and potato wedges were cooked to perfection. LD, our server, was friendly, yet seemed a bit distracted. My partner's beer was cold despite not being poured in a frosted glass. The guests made the atmosphere pleasant.

I'm done with BW3. Our server was 1 of only 2, & she did her best. However, even though the place wasn't full, the food took a LONG time, & didn't all come out together. My boneless wings tasted like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. We felt bad for our server.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst experience I have ever had. I was here just last night with my daughter set here 45 minutes never got seated. other people that walked in behind us were seated first. we tried again today because we are new to the area and set for 25 minutes before they even asked if we got our drinks.. The restaurant is filthy. Every table in here is full of old food I watched a waitress sit down somebody else’s food on a table that had a previous parties nasty food on it before serving them them. I will be calling the health department on this one. Terrible service. Terrible Managment.

Food was great however 3rd time I have been there. The servers don’t care to swing by and give you water , menus or anything…. After giving the card to close out we had to wait 20 minutes before they closed us out.Food at the bar….. don’t do it,food from a server…..don’t do it,food to go… don’t do it.Don’t think I will ever come back. ✌️

Quick moving staff! When it's a busy night obviously you gotta have some patience. Regardless of the situation the staff is always running on full tilt. Happy with the service all the time.

Food was great, host service was great. Bartender closed out us and everyone else at the bar an hour before the night’s event was over so we didn’t purchase anymore drinks for the evening. Asked her for water to go w our meal 3 times over the course of our visit, had to request from a random server. Empty drinks all evening although she was pulling empty glasses from everyone around us, but could not ask if we needed refills. Should NOT be a weekend bartender.

They should’ve put the entire lettuce on the bowl lol that’s why I got get some food cuz u wasn’t gonna do nothing I guess ama have to cut it

I usually got the the B Dubs closet to The Woodlands. I grabbed bogo boneless wings here. They put that sticker over the bag and it’s plastic so I didn’t check my wings before I left. I was given the wrong flavor and my wings were barely sauced. I mean not even half the wings were covered half way.I was already home when I found out and didn’t wanna drive back the 20min to complain but I was not happy.

I had been trying to get a manager for a while. I ordered 2 baskets of wings and fries, when we got home we only had wings and no fries.... I never complain at a restaurant because I come from a line of servers. It became a matter of principle, possibly due to the tragedies that occurred in our lives in the last few months. I just wanted to remind people to slow down and pay attention. I don't think people mind waiting a few extra minutes.And then, I got Melissa on the phone. She is the service manager at this location. Her compassion and understanding helped me immensely.We are unfortunately very quick to judge in our worst moments of weakness. I appreciate her kindness and compassion ❤
