This was my first time trying Bread Zeppelin. Atmosphere was pleasing. The store is bright, clean and welcoming. Very modern decor. Large menu with lots of options for soup, salads or Zeppelins. The staff was very helpful when it came to us making decisions and even offered samples of various dressings. I got the "Create Your Own w/ Shrimp" and the "Washington State". Both were good. They also carry a unique assortment of juices. We got the Pink Guava lemonade.

Had our first stop at a Bread Zeppelin last night. An interesting spin on the salad/sandwich shoppe competition and we very much enjoyed it. The two young ladies on duty were very friendly and did a great job. The food was excellent (we got the build-your-own bowls). We were passing through the area, but will try again if we come across one sometime down the road.

Traveling to Houston and found this interesting joint. They have various options for bread zeppelins. I liked the Buffalo Chicken. Please do visit this place. Highly recommend.

Great concept. I describe it as a salad in a sandwich form. The bread was light and fresh. I got the Washington State with the champagne vinaigrette mixed with cranberry poppy seed dressing. It had a great flavor and filling without making you feel stuffed. Definitely plan to go back!

5 star experience first trip. 2 star this time. Let’s call it an overall 3 for now. Tonight our to-go order was 30 min late, total of 45 min after placing it. Excuse was they got busy…. so it was comped and appreciate that but get home and no chicken on one salad >:( The bread is still the best!

Do not support a business that treats employees with complete disrespect and disregard. This business threatens to fire employees who discuss pay with other employees despite the fact that DISCUSSING WAGES WITH OTHER EMPLOYEES IS A FEDERALLY PROTECTED RIGHT, THREATENING TO FIRE EMPLOYEES WHO TALK ABOUT PAY IS ILLEGAL. Like seriously, who still employees $9 an hour? What year is this 2009? Its 2022, pay employees a livable wage instead of relying on tips from customers to subsidize for your low pay.

We love Bread Zeppelin! We used to eat there in Irving multiple times when we visited relatives. We need one in Sugar Land! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because my server ran out of dressing when mixing up my zeppelin stuffing and didn’t bother to get another bottle. It really made the Zeppelin more bland than those I’ve had in the past. Also there was extra salad stuffing in the bowl that she didn’t try to put in the zeppelin nor did she ask if I wanted the rest in a cup or something like the location in Irving. She just threw it away. But we love the menu and hope that y’all open up one in the Sugar Land area soon!

Please post accurate closing times on youe shop and online. Showed up 30 minutes before posted closing time and door was locked. An employee was standing right across the door so I knocked to ask if they were closed and if they regularly close early, but they didn't even have the decency to look up and acknowledge that someone is at the door.

The Husband and I were headed to the Big D for a convention, so we needed a place to stop for lunch, preferably on the North side of H-town. We opted on Bread Zeppelin.First, parking here is a little more challenging than I realized, and we found ourselves parking out in the back 40 and walking here. We both decided we needed the bathroom first, as we had already been on the road 1.5 hours.I came out first and was taking a gander at the menu while waiting on my other half. The girl at the register asked if it was my first time there, so I went over thinking (oddly enough) that I was suppose to order with her, and explaining that it was my first time here and that I was waiting on my husband. Unbeknownst to me, you order in line like a Subway, so essentially her calling me over and chatting caused me to lose place in line and others get ahead of me. Not a huge issue in itself, just worth pointing out that I was in fact in the right spot and she felt inclined to pull me away from there, and I was trying to eat and get back on the road. The food itself is tasty, but extremely messy to eat. I ordered the Pacific Beach with chicken and the champagne vinaigrette on it. It tasted good and I like that it's essentially a hollow piece of bread stuffed with food. Unlike most, I love bread and love carbs, so this was perfect ... not too filling. It's a one and done for me though ... again, because I don't live in this area, and because the parking situation was more than I would want to mess with again. LOL

The food is amazing! A salad inside of a loaf of bread… What’s not to love?! You can choose from a pre-built idea or create your own. They’re fresh and extremely delicious. A place I’ll definitely go back for more.
