Worst service. My husband and I are flexible with service being slow, but there was only 3 tables in the whole restaurant. That being said I had my crawfish served first and waited another 5 minutes for my husband food to come out (wings and fries). Food is great… but better service when it is take out instead.
Pizza Hut wings are better. Came here for a different vibe, and it was just a dollar store version of Buffalo Wild Wings. Over priced, they even added a Gratuity charge for a large group for a total of 5 people.
Not impressed on my first visit yesterday (and more likely the last). Service was terrible, our waiter seemed more interested in watching a game on the screens. Food came cold. Ordered a premium draft beer and it tasted flat and was anything but premium.
First time here, the wings and service was great. They had a ton of flavors, we had 3 different dry rubs and one mixed. Leela waited on us, she made sure our drinks were full and brought out our food nice and hot! I'll come back for sure, actually glad they had the sound on for the game as well. Big plus for me some of these bars in the area play music during the games.

Service was good, super nice employees but the food was horrible. I don’t know if it was just an off day, but based on the food we received today I would never eat here again. Bbq wings were DRENCHED and bathing in sauce that was pooled at the bottom of the food box; we were wiping the excess off on napkins. Taste of the wings we ordered, original, hot lemon pepper, spicy bbq, honey bbq, and plain were just meh. And lastly the overpriced ($7) fries were cold and soggy with hardly any seasoning. Only getting two stars because of the nice employees.
I would say we had the worst service tonight but I can't because we didn't get any service. We have been coming here almost every other week for the past few years. However the food has gone downhill and the service has just gotten awful. I realize there is a work shortage but the people who came after us got service. We finally got up and just walked out. No one even said, "please give us a minute we'll be right with you." Tried even calling to see if we could place s Togo order for our booth, twice, but no answer. Set there and watched people standing around and chatting. All the middle tables were empty and half the booths had people. For a Tuesday night it was not as busy as it normally is. As a person who waited tables for a few years, this was unacceptable.
Good timely food and service has gotten better
Been a while since I’ve been here and it’s abundantly obvious the staffing situation is killing them. The take out is streaming which is keeping the lights on. The food is fresh and pretty darn good. Man oh man they need help inside.Pro tip: go to another establishment, offer their best people more money.
