Horrible customer service, no flavors in stock, out of pretty much any extra toppings, no utensils, extremely rude when asked to change an order because they didn't have half most of the things that I had asked for. Employees need reprimanded and talked to about customer service. Manager that was there mumbled under their breath "some people are just a-holes I guess". Doubt I ever go to another Baskin Robbins again
We always hope that this location gets better every time we try it again, but they always fail to please. Tonight, we tried the new tiger milk bubble tea. Ordered three cups. We were so excited for these, but when we tried it, there was a strong flavor of cinnamon. It tasted almost like a diluted horchata or cinnamon chai. Looking at the description of the Tiger milk tea on Baskin’s page, there is no mention of cinnamon whatsoever. So we thought to call this location to ask. The lady on the phone did not try to help and stated that it was supposed to have cinnamon, there’s nothing she could do, and she didn’t know what to tell us. This location absolutely needs new management. Needless to say, but we won’t be back here again.

Save your money!!! It's a wonder these people are still open. This is one of the most poorly ran business in the area. I took my toddler for ice cream and they were out of just about everything we tried to oder. I know I heard "sorry we don't have that" at least 7 or 8 times.
I would give this a 1/2 star only if I could. This location is the worst ever.Baskin-Robbins should yank there sign off of this place. I think maybe the employees are high. They typically keep the door locked so no one can come in. They only want you to go to drive thru. I asked for 2 different flavors to be put in one cup. The employee said they could not do that.I finally drove away to another location 3 miles away. I have never dealt with such idiots. I guess who ever owns this location is not involved or does not understand why they are loosing money.I won't go back and
Out of three different things at one time. Was ordering Uber and the driver had to call me to change the order because the phone number they gave her was wrong. And the quality of my milkshake was blah as well. How do you not know the phone number to the store you work at btw
They are so inexperienced, rude, and honestly patheticWent in tbere and the guy was just looking at me, disnt even ask what i wanted and when he was trying to make my banana split he couldnt even use the scoop correctly. Then he was touching his headset and touching the ice cream, so unsanitary. THEN i asked for vanilla ice cream and they were out, chocolate ice cream, out. Thwy need better employees at this location before they run out of customers.
I have been there three times craving a banana split. They never have bananas! 0-3. They need to just take it off their menu.
This location sucks quite honestly. Came for a brownie Sunday and I was told they were out of brownies. I decided to get a waffle cone with one scoop of ice cream and the waffle cone was disgustingly stale. Came back again a week later to try a brownie Sunday and today was told this location doesn’t do brownie Sundays because they’re joint with Dunkin. Never coming back here again.
The workers were attentive there right there when we were ready to order we picked the basic cone and they were stale but the ice cream was delicious boys had cotton candy they said it was really good they were happy with their choice I had lemon custard and I enjoyed my choice as well not overpowering lemon flavor I think it had just the right amount of lemon flavor and a little bit of a creamy lemon flavor I would get it again
