I always have a great experience at this coffee shop. It is worth the drive. Whenever I am in the area, I go out of my way to get a latte. The menu has very interesting & delicious items. This place is flexible. They will change a menu item to fit my dietary preferences.
Love supporting my local businesses, especially when it comes to coffee places, because I truly don’t think they get the shine that chain establishments do. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the ambiance of this place and of course the coffee. I got a Lavender Latte (which I have never tried, nor have I heard of) and it was really good. There was a strong coffee taste, but if you are the kind of individual that opts for that kind of vibe, then surely I would recommend. If you are a person that doesn’t prefer a stronger coffee taste, then you probably won’t be too fond of it. I got the turtle cheesecake (I think that is the name) to perfectly pair with my iced lavender latte and it was great. My colleague got the scone and she thought it was pretty decent. Pretty pleased with my experience and love that this place is in Spring.
The workers here are so sweet and professional I got a bad kolache and I went to let them know so they no serve them to anyone else and they replaced it with something else even tho I didn’t ask which was super professional. This was my first time here to use WiFi and get coffee will definitely come back. The water so good ? .
My husband and I love this place. The location is perfect. We love the coffee variations, food options and the ambiance. This place is good for studying, for to go items, meeting up someone or socializing. The manager is friendly and awesome (Fur). We come here often. It gets a little busier on the weekend especially in the afternoon. If you happen to be in the area, and looking for a great coffee shop, this place is for you.
Love this place so much! One of my favorite parts is that it manages to pull some pirate aspects in, but in a tasteful, not over bearing way. The coffee and tea selections stand to match this amazing restaurant, and I try to come every chance I can to chill out after a hard day.

I’ve been a long time fan of Barbarossa Coffee since they first opened their doors in 2017. When you come to Barbarossa, you not only get the highest quality coffee; but your are also met with some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. Their attention to detail is unmatched. You will never look at coffee the same way again after visiting this place.
Best coffee around without a doubt. If you enjoy a cup of coffee every morning then you must give this place a try! You won't regret it. Haadiya is usually there every morning and always has a welcoming smile to start your day.
Positives:-Nice ambiance and friendly people.Negatives:-One barista had long hair not tied up/back, against health code.-Noticed they were not purging or wiping steam wand after uses- very gross from a sanitary standpoint.-Milk was steamed over-temp, making it taste bitter and burnt, and overpowering whatever dial they may have had for the day.Overall left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth and ruined the nice vibe they had going on in the shop.
In love with this place. Vibe is exquisite and the service is way above par. Must’ve trained with the chick fil a employees. I will be back. I strongly recommend the avocado toast and the lox!!
