So, I really want to give this places 4.5 stars, but I chose to go with 5 (instead of 4). Anothai is one of those, “I’m craving Thai” spots, and you just go without any hesitation. Firstly, its halal. Second, its delicious. Third, its super authentic and the service is great. My husband and I go here almost every 2-3 weeks and we never get tired of it.Our TOP fave dishes are: Thai Cashew Nut, Pad Kee Mao, Orange Chicken, and chicken wings (appetizer). No matter how many times we go there, we have to order at least one of those options. The ONLY reason I would take half a star off my rating is their inconsistency with spice levels. I always prefer my food spicy, and they almost ALWAYS make it barely mild. Sometimes I have to call them and specifically remind them to keep the spice level in mind, especially when they make my husbands spicy when he prefers mild. I wish it only happened once or twice, but it happens wayyy too often. Obviously, it’s not a deal breaker in any way, and we always return just as excited to eat.

Got pad thai and mad kee mao.Portions were huge, good price.

Great food, great service! Decent pricing ♡ Don't be fooled by a full parking lot, other businesses are quite busy it seems.

First time here and husband and I loved it. Understated, simple ambiance, nothing fancy, just really comfortable for some great food. The soup was amazing and the noodle plates we got were super flavorful. We’ll probably go up on the spice scale next time.

I honestly feel like you get great bang for your buck here and the food is delicious. It's hard to write a lot about it when you really just need to try it.I lived by this place for almost 6 years before I finally tried it out, and I really feel like I've wasted so much time going to other Thai/East Asian restaurants when I had this gem so close by

Finally an ethnic restaurant around here that's not afraid to use spice! I ordered the Pad kee Mao (may or not have spelled that right), and it was good!!! Nice flavors, freshly prepared, good portions! I think I would opt for shrimp vs beef next time, it wasn't as tender as I'd like. I wasn't crazy about the fried spring rolls but the crab puffs were tasty. Hubby enjoyed the shrimp fried rice. I will happily order again and will try other things.

I've been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The orange chicken is some of the best in the city and the java fried rice as well as the Pad Thai are amazing. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is always clean, they also replace the table top paper "tablecloth" after each table leaves. Their iced coffee and various teas are also worth a try. Definitely give Anothai a try if you are in the area

I would not want anyone to experience this experience . There were only one waitress which should have been my red flag and no people. Smell is unbearable and everything is sweet . You won’t like it if you like spicy food. I tried my best to eat but couldn’t get over with the unbearable smell.

Everything on their menu is halal except the duck. Food is very good, amazing. I ordered the Panang Curry (curries come with one sticky rice bowl) with the "too spicy" spice level, and the spice was on point and perfect for me. The curry had a large portion for the amount of rice given, I asked for another rice bowl which was sufficient to finish the curry. Wait time isn't too long and it's not super busy (Friday evening). Service isn't the best but it didn't really matter to me all that much. It is a great place for kids since they have a kids menu and they used a paper covering as tablecloth to conveniently color on. Would definitely come back here again, great Thai food.
