I ordered 2 zingers and the fried chicken was old it was hard to chew. He put too much cheese which was not melted through. This is not the first time this happened, that place is close to us we use to eat from it frequently but now we will never go back?. Don’t wast your money and time to go loutta location on spring is horrible!

Ordered the Arabi Family Meal (choices of meat was chicken and gyro) and it was THE BEST! Ordered through Uber Eats and the pickup (myself) was quick and ready upon arrival. The pickled vegetables added a great change of taste, and the garlic sauce did not last long ? it was so good. The picture below is what's still left after my family enjoyed it. French fries galore ?
The five-stars are coming from a certain population that aren't aware the richness of arab streetfood because this place was disappointing if you know your shawarma. I guess the only plus side was that my money went to a local business than regret spending at a chain. Although next time i'd opt for whataburger if im on road at midnight. I got the chicken zinger with fries at $13.5 and the chicken was not zinging, the garlic sauce was weak, and the fries felt like they were made in a cardboard factory. The fries had a low potato content to crisp ratio, so dry, it tasted like a choking hazard. The tortilla wrap was grilled beyond needed and became charred. They had four pieces of pickled veggies which look like the ones that come out of a store-bought jar and it didn't include pickled-turnip as they should. Overall I'd give this place 4/10. Believe the disappointed customers and spend elsewhere lol. This L is on me.
Tonight is the first day I had Abu Omar’s Beef. Shwarma and fries. And I wish I could have them again for the first time. The flavor is something unique. Amazingly unique. Please stop by and try it. We placed an order online this week, at around 6:30. My husband drove 30 minutes to pick it up and at 6:44 got a text notification that the order was ready. He arrived at the location to pick up our order but the person at the location said our order was never received. Our credit card was charged, but a detailed receipt was never sent. I tried to remember what it was and told the guy at the food truck and he wrote it down, walked off and my husband thought he was doing something, but no, he just left the place completely. The next guy walked up 20 minutes later and asked if he was waiting for something and my husband said yes, my order. So they went through the whole order again, and the guy made the order meanwhile another lady walked up after placing an online order that never made it to the location either.Who knows if we actually got what we paid for. Decent food, but not worth the two hours that it took to get and not worth the headache and poor customer service. It was a large order for our whole family and was a $147 charge.I’ve already reached out via their “contact us” on their website with no response.
IF I CAN PUT 000 starts I would, I order something and it came incomplete the order was $45 and I was missing one soda, and a shawarma. I called the restaurant and they didn’t even take responsablity for it.
Great food really late at night. I was there around 2am. The truck was accessible and the cook was super helpful and really appreciated his humor and meaningful conversations.He really cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are happy and smiling.
I have been coming here for a while and never received the treatment I did today. It was a new younger guy working I called him and he kept rushing me to get off the phone while I was ordering. I called back within a minute to tell him I want it spicy but apparently he already made it and “why are you calling back” when I get there I noticed the sauce was missing so I asked for it he said I didn’t charge you for it you should have told me so leave a 20% tip. I told him to cancel and charge me for it since I don’t need any favors from him. Please hire new people here as this persons rudeness and attitude was sickening. I will not be returning only due to the service I would love to talk to the owner and explain. I gave one star only because in the past the service was fine.
Usually love the food, but i stopped by today and literally got half the amount of food for full price! I asked why it was so small and he said they were out of bowls. I poured it in a bowl at home to see how much less. This bowl is usually full!
