Got some attitude going here because a graduation got out on 5/27. Including the frosty machine was 'broken' which whatever, but given the attitude as well it seemed sus.The order was correct and the food was as good as a Wendy's can be - so all in all it was meh which is why the 3 stars.
During my visit the staff told me they were closing the lobby. I didn't have to leave, just don't let anyone else in. When I asked why they were closing the lobby the manager stated it was due to short staff. I would rather they closed the entire restaurant if they were that short staffed. Some of us can't use the drive through and hate walking up to the lobby entrance to find the doors locked. Please hire more staff or close completely.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and they had my food out within 1 minute and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean I went inside and used the restrooms and everything was good. Go Southlake Wendy's keep it up!
Love Wendy's in general, but I especially love THIS Wendy's and their staff. Area manager is incredible and (employee) Raven is the sweetest, most helpful lady ever. We adore her! (Can you tell?)The food is always fresh and delicious, and any special requests or omissions for my orders have always been well received and my items are always accurate!! I've never been disappointed and I have and will drive out of my way to get my takeout here. My family is very thankful and loyal to this location. Keep up the good work! ?
I came through the drive thru here and after the cashier had swiped my card, I'd noticed it took him a little longer to give it back. I observed him calling out my card number to the other guy. He was looking down at my card with his thumb going across the numbers and I looked at him and said, "my card!" He looked at me and I looked at the other guy and him; they knew they'd been caught. I pulled up and immediately locked my card and when I made it home, I canceled it & ordered a new one. Be careful when coming here and pay close attention!!!!
Order a $5 Biggie Bag, and the fries were hot & fresh, but the nuggets were cold.....
Drive through for breakfast. Very fast service. Great location of restaurant. Drive through friendly service. Food was fresh, good, and hot.

Better than most fast food. Always like their Chili.
If you want high blood pressure get your fries from Wendy’s! Look like they dumped the whole bucket of salt in these fries. Just horrible.
