The food tasted like it was left over from the day before. It was not fresh, the pita had a weird smell this definitely is below standard of any other Halal Guys I've been to.
service was friendly and quick. the food was ok but served in an aluminum dish like takeout, even though we were eating in the restaurant, along with plastic utensils. i thought that was strange and took away from the dining experience.
The food is great, service is fast and the restaurant is clean. I have been to the original location in NYC and honestly this location is better. My only gripe is they are super stingy about napkins. Please put out a napkin dispenser!
Amazing service, great customer care, the food was delicious especially the chicken and the server was a woman hard worker… she was working alone with the confidence with a smile thank you Halal guys??
Decided to try this place out instead of chipotle next door. So glad we did. Took our families there and the kids really enjoyed it too (even our 3 year old). The employees were particularly attentive to all our needs. The gyro bowls with white sauce and the baklava were amazing!
Lee made the order process so easy...I was not sure If I should order, but this guy convinced me, and the food is great.

A purely take-out event, Falafel & Baba Ghanoush. Candidly, both items were exceptionally good. Falafel was fluffy, flavorful, w/ solid crunch. It almost didn't make it home. The BG was creamy, smoky, & addicting. Price point was really good with the quality of items. We're definitely returning for another visit. A solid lunch option!
This place had good food. But they had a problem with their online orders. I called in my order however they wanted me to wait until they're online came up. I insisted was not doing that so they let me order. Then one of my orders was missing the rice. I didn't realize it till I got it home. I called and said hey I just wanted to let you know I didn't get rice in this particular dish. Was I suppose to have that? They said yes, it should be unless someone asked you did you want us to hold the rice. They never offered me a replacement! They never really said they were sorry! I think it's too expensive for them not to fix these problems! At least provide an additional suggestion, if the order was wrong. I even advised them that the first part of the order which was a gyro sandwich was absolutely correct. Still no desire to extend customer service.
Can we give them zero stars?When we went here I ordered falafels and pita bread. Firstly you have to pay for pita bread which is completely fine but not for uncocked, raw, and rancid dough. When we got home I tried my best to cook it again but even after, it was still smelling stale and was not able to eat. If you expect a loyal customer base the least you can do it provide them quality food .
