The food is good no complaints there and the service when you dine in is fine as well. I am giving this place 2 stars bc they never answer the phones to take orders and they don’t abide by the hours that are provided online. It is a bit overpriced and they definitely need to hire more help.
Taste is just amazing, as I imagine it must be (previous experience in Thai food) service is remarkable. Good prices. One of my favorite places to eat into the area now.
Nice locally owned place, with an excellent menu . The food quality is goodLast time I was in, I was waiting on by the owner..He seems to take a lot of attention to detail, I find food to be excellent.The portions are a little smaller than I think they should be for the price, but that's only my personal opinion.If you're in the mood for Thai food, then I would suggest you give this place a call and stop by.

Food was OK - Pick up Service was terrible. I placed my order online about an hour before i needed the food, and specified a 715PM pick up. I got to the restaurant at 718PM - and was told it would be another 5-6 min wait. So i told the person that i would be waiting just outside (because you know covid and no one was wearing a masks except me.) AT 745 PM ( 30 mins after my order was ready) I finally received it. I didn't get an apology (which i don't need) but I would have wanted an accurate estimate of time. I understand being short staffed but i don't understand being lied to. * Also note - if you use Menufy as the ordering platform - the receipt will list Thailicious' older location. They are located at Southlake and Nolan - not Carrol .
It seems to me that the food’s gotten better at the new location (if that’s even possible). Great job, guys!
Let’s set the record straight, anyone giving this place less than 4 stars is out of their mind and should eat out more often and get their mind out of the gutter. That being stated, BEST ??Thai ??food ??EVER! ?? They had 4 employees working fast, friendly and checking on how the food was. Excellent service. The prices are great and fair for the food. Super nice decor and atmosphere. My husband and I will be coming here more often and bringing our family too. ?? Thanks for the great service and great tasting food in this employee shortage, you are doing fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The food was good ..but WAIT!!!.. I went thru a day time robbery. i was charged $2 for tofu for all the vegetarian item i ordered.. without telling us upfront. the sauces were provided in the most tiniest boxes (see pic) and charged extra ..again without letting us know. usually sauces are free in other thai places. The menu was already pricey like $15 each and $2 added for tofu just because we were vegetarians and didnt have any other options other than veggies and tofu. The final blow was the biggest.. they added 20% service fee for family of 4 .. which was $18. that was so rude not letting us know. so i spent $120 for a family of 4 ?.. is this NY.. i understand pandemic but if u guys cant run the restaurant please leave.. dont over charge customers. i will NEVER recommend this restaurant.. who are shady in their prices..*****
I love this place, clean and good service. The food is awesomely good. Highly recommended.
Wonderful atmosphere. The Red Curry and Potstickers were perfect. Definitely will be coming back.
