Another Taco Bell opening when ever is most convenient for the employees. It is 11:00 am and customers are showing for their lunch breaks just to find out that they are closed. Door says they open at 10:30 am, employees are inside in full uniform, and they are closed. Taco Bell should just close their doors for good. At least then the people, that weren't afraid to show up and actually work, wouldn't waste their time!
Vegetarian here, ordered black bean items from the menu. Was repeatedly asked what meat i wanted and the guy seemed (rudely) to not understand i didnt want any meat...one came with chicken, one with beef and the quesadilla wasn't even cooked, cheese not melted. Most disappointing taco bell experience to date. We were the only people in the drive thru (dining room wasn't open either) and they were beyond rude and tried to rush us through. Don't leave bad reviews as a rule cause life and bad days happen, but this place was a waste of money and time.
If you have a large vehicle that can't fit their drive through bar that's lower than the 9 ft hight limit it has posted ;You'll find out the inside restaurant is always closed because of the 3 to 4 drive through operators refuse to run the register for the restaurant.My first time visiting thereA nice lady who had already sat down to eat was surprised that the door was locked during lunch hour after she had already came in to orderThe manager lectured this customer for letting me in the restaurantWhile they had 6 staff members running the kitchen they almost refused to take my order until I pointed out how wrong they are and then locked the doors again and refused countless construction workers working on the street and delivery drivers and other customers continuing to approach the locked restaurant doors during the afternoon business hours as I was eatingI reluctantly came back a few days later during the day and they still had restaurant locked refusing business and was going to attempt the drive through but again the bar posting 9 ft limit was still bent lower than and to low for me to enter unfortunately it's ashame having a craving for Taco Bell when they have private franchise owners who have losers and lazy staff under his watch such as THIS manager as he sabotages this establishment with severe consequencesI've been in Taco Bell that only had 2 to 3 people running it and had it flowing smoothlyI'm surprised South Lake actually allowes a slumb business to be in operation against consumer code
The food is good here over all. I would avoid ordering items on the kfc menu that can tend to sit. Like specifically the wings. And the chicken sandwich. They are always rubbery and unpleasant. Great staff honest about freshness though.
Extremely bad service and equally bad food. Burritos are usually missing beef (that happened atleast 5 times). Tomatoes are usually frozen in the food.
When you wait 10 minutes in the drive-through at lunch only to find out they aren’t running the Taco Bell, just the KFC. They need to close this location permanently if this is how they run things. Avoid!
I like this store, and I particularly like the combo stores. However, the app and maps do cause me frustration. When I am in an unfamiliar area, which is frequent in DFW, I like to find a Taco Bell along my route. When I do this, I can never be sure which Taco Bell I have found on maps. Therefore, I frequently order from the wrong store. I feel this would be easier if you could identify on the map and app a little more clearly!!Thank you for everything you have done to improve things!!! In this case, the combo KFC store did not open for breakfast, clearly they did not allow my breakfast order, but maps too me here while the app was up the street- BOTH stores in McArthur Blvd. Regardless, we got breakfast, loved it!!
Most of the time the dining is not open. I have called 45 minutes before going and i was told it was open so I get there and it's closed. Unfortunately I won't be going to this location anymore, and will pass on info to others that ask about it

Employee was very short, and unpleasant. They forgot items I ordered so I had to park, and go inside the restaurant which I don't mind but when I told them I was missing items. They just grabbed a bag and handed it to me. No apologies! The team should at least offer an apology for their mistakes. People generally use the drive thru as convenience so having to park, and go ask for the food they forget is a little annoying...not as annoying as rude employees. Sorry we bothered you by ordering food, and essentially paying you, your hourly wage but since we have inconvenienced your employees we will visit a better location, with friendly employees.
