Newky rennovated (downgraded) shop compared with other locations.1. Only 1 cashier - prepare for 10 ~ 20 mi s for in-store order (happened to me twice already for just simple tall Americanas)2. Tables are classroom setup with 4~6 5 seats per side - prepare for sharing tables with strangers (my friends and I are like at contract negotiation)3. Mixed orders frequently4. Pre-made food and snacks are gone. They'd take it from the backroom (kitchen?)Nice staff but always in anxiety since the reopen. Not recommended for any occasion... sadly
Black rock coffee next door is always open. Nice place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee ☕.
I came in the morning after my doctor appointment.The drive-thru was a little hard to find but once I found it, it was smooth sailing from there. I have to give kudos to the woman at the drive thru window. She was very kind & personable and provided amazing customer service. The coffee was perfect and the breakfast sandwich was hot, fresh & delicious. Thank you!!
This morning I discovered this place doesn't even open until 9am. What's the point of being open late when a majority of your customers are 6am coffee drinkers? There were several people in the drive thru line learning the same thing I was. Disappointed.
Temporary hour changed is listed incorrectly and the drive thru is piled up with people waiting.They don't even have the common decency to go on the intercom and tell people they are closed atm outside of usual hours.

Long wait time due to limited staff even at 1:30pm which is not typical considered busy time. Limited food options (a lot was out if stock) Label printing machine stopped working adding to the wait time.
Bathrooms were extremely nasty at first thing in the am! So dirty I couldn’t use the toilet or sink! I was gagging! I won’t be back! If the employees do not clean the restrooms they probably don’t wash their hands either!!! Eat and drink with caution!
