I placed an order for 2 drinks. Place wasn't really busy maybe 3 people before me. Then about 6 or 7 others came in behind me. I kept waiting for my order. There was only 2 people behind the counter and they were getting really busy by now. Then I realized the 7 people behind me was getting their orders and the others that came it was getting theirs. After about 25 to 30 minutes later I finally got my 2 drinks. Not a happy customer with this Starbucks location at all!!!! I'll never go back there again!!!!!
I was having a rough day after embarrassing myself in front of a previous service worker. So i was honestly a little nervous to order, but the guy working the cash register was the absolute NICEST!! I told him about what happened previously and we joked about it a little. After I ordered I sat down to wait for my drink, and he came over to give me a red velvet loaf the whole time he was making my drink he was joking around with my friends and I and was all around just such a cool dude! He ended up giving me and my friend venti’s even though we only paid for grande’s saying “you made me laugh and cheered my day up” little did he know he did the same for me! Anyways not sure if he will ever see this but if that was you, I didn’t get your name, but thank you!!!
Friendly staff. Have had to cut back hours of operation so check current schedule before going. Can get a lot of large delivery orders which backs up wait times, too. But very convenient location for square shopping.
It's always a great experience here my drink was fantastic
This is the slowest coffee shop I’ve ever experienced. Whether they’re busy or not expect to wait 15+ mins for one drink if you order at the counter. The employees are all nice enough but have no sense of urgency. The middle aged blonde manager that is sometimes on register has NO people skills and is always incredibly rude and dismissive. I have left the line before because of how poorly she was treating others ahead of me.
We always visit there whenever we go townsqaure. I don't see other Cafe around there. They are kind and helpful for your need. You need to know that location really busy tho!
Kinda rude. Not very helpful and gave a really gross looking drink. Let’s just say it was immediately in the trash. I could have just thrown away a ten dollar bill instead.
All three of my drinks were wrong, they did not have the staff needed and lines were going out of the door. I won't go back. Starbucks charges alot of money and I was not greeted. Took what they gave me but am not satisfied
I like this starbuck’s the reason deduct 1 star because they’re not consistent with their opening time. Sometime they’re close, or only open certain time. It’s annoying. And please clean the tables outside and inside.
