This has happened to me at least 10 times. I am not exaggerating. I get home and they gotten my order wrong.But this time I went back. I love their salads, but only when it is done right. Once again I went in around 8 pm, ordered a simple grilled avacodo salad WITH CRISPY CHICKEN,. Since It's happened before, I made sure that she announced it to the kitchen as such. My son ordered another salad which had grilled avacodo plus crispy chicken. I paid over $30 for the 2 salads . I get home, and see that my son salad is correct. However, mine is only half way filed and does not have any chicken. I call and drove all the way back. These employees and the manager do not know what they're doing. Not only were they NOT apologetic, or even try to make a customer happy, (they were just standing around looking at each other, instead of fixing the order) so I gave up and gave them back my salad for a refund, and refund of the tip I had given, they only refunded $11. Again when I said why haven't you refunded the tip as I requested, they act like they're so confused. I ask for the head office phone number to complain, the manger goes to the back to get it for me, but does not return. I came out and went straight to Cava next door . This is ridiculous. You keep this up and I promise you that you will go out of business.
Great meal. Everything fresh, looked and tasted great. Wasn't busy which was a surprise.
Salads are fresh and delicious. Place is super clean. Staff is friendly and courteous.
Came in a little after 7pm and ordered the grain bowl. They had no rice ready and made the rice which we waited for for over 30 minutes while all the girls disappeared to the back not to be seen. Very bad service
The food was fantastic. They serve fresh ginger slices! Not the pink pickled nonsense...but hot, potent beautiful ginger. The service was good, if a bit partial to Regulars.thanks
Came to this location multiple times to see if it would improve still same outcome. Expired dingy looking vegetables. Stern employee attitudes and small rations of wraps and salads. I thought it was a generalized portion change in DFW, but the snappy salad in plano still maintains food portions. I would say avoid this location unless you have no other options. I know I will.
The Harvest bowl was amazing. The green juice was good for a healthy drink. In store pick up was painless, go through the back door, it takes 30 seconds.
Its 2021 and you cant call and place a to-go order over the phone?
Awesome staff & big selection of toppings for your salad!!
The food was good. It was a refreshing change from typical fast food.
