Dirty and the kids behind the count do not have a clue on what they are doing. Very disappointed
Never actually open during their posted hours. Don’t place an online order unless you want your money to possibly disappear for 48-72 hrs.
Maybe have more then 1 person work during lunch. Placed an online order arrived 15 minutes later and had to wait 20 on my smoothie.. Like how is that even possible.
Today — 2nd time I have gotten a smoothie that is mostly ice chunks; I shouldn’t be crunching on ice when drinking a smoothie

Mon 715pm. Its so appealing to enter your restaurant with two employees sitting on the counter and the other employee sitting on the floor. All not wearing masks. I was picking up an online order but walked out. Apparently customers dont take priority over their conduct. Such a shame.
Slow, understaffed especially on $5 Fridays and around lunch hours. Staff is very slow and refused to do curbside even though they offer it on the app. Smoothies are inconsistent in taste from one day to the next. Disappointing
