Sky Creek is a great restaurant! Who knew this gem was tucked away in this new hotel? Please do not tell everyone in Colleyville and Southlake! We had generous pours of whiskey and prosecco from the bar to start, the crispy Brussels for a starter and the Bison and Redfish for dinner with jalapeno grits. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The Bison price for the thickness of the cut was the only disappointment there. Loved the peanut butter dessert, just WOW! Tried a new cabernet, very pleased with the selection. Adored the ambience and feel of this whole place, and the hotel itself smells just amazing!! We have fired a couple of our go-to dinner spots in Southlake since Covid due to declines in selection, quality and service, so this will definitely become a new regular in our rotation! Last but not least, our server Jesus was personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. We will definitely be back and may become regulars at th bar as well. Great first time experience!
We went for their Fatherâs Day brunch. Canât say enough positive things about the staff! From the hostess at the front who got great photos of our family (with a toddler) to the waitstaff and management, everyone was amazing! The food was delicious and perfect options for my husband! Definitely recommend
We normally love this place. So this review is specific to the Fatherâs Day special event. They had an outstanding menu and the food was excellent except for my steak which was over half fat and gristle. The downside was overall service. The restaurant was not busy yet it took
We went there for the bar menu; initially the hostess placed us in the restaurant. Once we sorted that out, we enjoyed a couple of excellent vintages of red wine, paired with a lobster and shrimp nachos. Very interesting presentation, could use more lobster for the price. The Tomato Burrata was outstanding. As well as the cilantro crema that came with the nachos. Noisy and bright.
