We when’s celebrate my daughter’s and grand daughter’s birthdays (14person) take long time to get table take long time the chef to come and after 10 mins have the food the waitress ask us y we wants box to go ? the mane her all the time was unprofessionalThe restaurant was so dirty !I don’t recommend this place to anyone ?
We went in for dinner tonight at a hibachi table and the food was AMAZING! Best hibachi I've ever had and Kevin (our chef) made it even better. We will definitely be back!
Always good atmosphere and service at Shogun. If you're new to hibachi style restaurants or a typical fan it's a great spot to enjoy a meal along with skilled performance cooking. There is a table seating area if looking for just a sushi visit; as well as full bar for drinks be sure to get some sake!
Food was decent and the chef was good. However the wait staff was extremely slow and not friendly at all. Took them half way through the meal to get my first water. The entire meal felt very rushed even to the point where they brought to go boxes while we were still eating. No offer for desert or a drink refill. Add in that it was very hot inside the restaurant not a place I would recommend for the hibachi experience.

Chef was entertaining and kids in our party loved the initial show before cooking. Quantity of food was good and sufficient per person. Ambiance was okay. Good options. Will definitely go back.
Great place; good food and kids loved the show. Watch out, they did at 20% tip, and there were only 4 of us. Don't mind the tipping part, but they shouldn't add it without pointing it out.
I ordered food with no sauce due to allergies, and our sweet waitress and chef informed me they’d make my food in the kitchen to make sure there was no contamination. Super grateful for that - allergies are terrible. Halfway through our meal, I still hadn’t gotten any food - they went to check and assured me it would just be a couple of minutes. Still not a problem, because I know how frustrating special requests can be. After our whole party finished eating, the owners sent the waitress over to tell me they wouldn’t make my food (chicken and rice. So hard.) because the kitchen didn’t want to.I got to sit and watch my whole party eat while being denied service. No apology from the owners, no explanation other than “they don’t want to”, and they made the new girl tell me. I’m a little appalled that they would ever think this was okay.
Haven't been here in awhile, but I love it. The sushi is decent and prices are reasonable. They don't cut the sushi thin, you get good touch pieces. The cucumber special is extra tasty.
Just finished an amazing meal. Had the Sushi. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and the experience was delightful! Will return again with family. Thank you! Kristine Valentine
