You want a good burger and fries, go here. Our order was a little late, but it was a busy Friday evening so it's not unexpected for them to be a bit behind. Food was still fresh and hot when we got it! Will be coming back and trying some shakes too :)
Went for lunch and had a great experience, my mushroom burger was great! Olivia was super friendly and the restaurant was very clean. There was a bit of a wait but the staff made up for it, our order was correct and everyone we saw was kind!
After years of hearing about this place, we popped in for a late afternoon bite. I've been on a cheeseburger - fries - chocolate shake kick recently so I have plenty to compare this to.The good - Soft delicious bun on the burger. Patty was cooked well, with crispy edges the way I like them. Cheese was perfectly melted into the crevices of the patty. Great execution here.The meh - Shake was not fantastic. Not terrible, but I can get a better shake at three comparable burger places nearby. It was largely melted, but still thick. Weird. Fries were barely warm and could have used a bit more salt. They stayed crispy (thank you food science) but weren't hot. I look forward to dipping hot fries into my cold shake, but it wasn't happening this trip. The burger itself, although well cooked, was under seasoned. A little more salt and pepper would have helped. Also, I missed onions and pickles. I understand those are not a part of the Shake Shack thing, but I think the burger was pretty boring without them.The bad - Nothing would qualify as bad, just largely average overall.Hear me clearly, there was nothing bad about the food. I just found it wholly underserving of the fanatical praise I have heard for so long.
My family and came in this evening. We were greeted by Paige - she was great. Took our order, personally checked in on us, walked around the store to pick up and ensure everything was good with us. Made us feel right at home. Paige deserves a BIG raise - thanks!

We found Shake Shack in NYC. Since they’ve opened this one in Southlake, it is our “go to” burger joint. I always get a double with fries. My wife gets the single. We normally eat on the patio. Burgers are great and large.
The food was definitely not what we usually get. The food was not good. And the restaurant was so dirty.
Service was pretty quick. They had gluten free buns which was great.The downside was bacon was pretty under cooked which had left me sick all day. The fries were nothing special. The breading fell off the chicken bites and this is no place for kids as there is absolutely no kids menu.
Waited in line while the people in back were talking/cleaning. They could clearly see us but nobody approached us so we could order. Finally somebody came up— receipt says Heitzel— after there was a line to the door.The cashier was very rude. Barely acknowledged us as if we were bothering her. We waited for our food and our order was wrong. Burger with no peppers (had peppers) and lettuce wrap mushroom burger with no sauce (had sauce)Probably the worst service I’ve ever had here.
Got in line at 6:55 pm not realizing they closed at 7. After waiting our turn we placed our order and we’re advised they were close to closing and with that in mind, did we want our food for here or to go. We said we would be quick and for it “for here” since we had additional errands to run.There were still patrons in the dining room when our order was called, and they then asked if since they were past closing if they could package our food to go. About two minutes prior they gave someone else their food and that person hd just started eating. I started to tell them not to package it to go but it quickly became awkward. I ultimately obliged and took it to go, but it was highly disappointing. I feel as though we should not have been given the option up front, or they just shouldn’t have taken our order.I absolutely hate being the person coming in late, but there were other people eating and we were going to be quick. Highly disappointing experience
