I’d like to suggest they clean this store. I visited on Saturday, 6/18 around 5 PM. There was debris, trash all over the floors of the dining area.The “drink taps” for the teas had gnats flying all over - that is disgusting & the last thing I want to see when I’m getting a drink. They also had some liquid in a cup sitting around the drink taps - not sure if that was to keep the gnats away, but it was not working!Specific to the food, the toppings available and greens are fresh; however, 15.79 for a wrap and iced tea seems high , particularly to sit in a dirty restaurant.
This is one of my favorite places to eat!! Everything is so fresh and the workers are so kind. The restaurant is VERY clean!! Their chipotle ranch dressing is the best I’ve ever tasted!!
Salad was tasty but for 14$ there was barely any toppings on this thing. Minimal amount of chicken - I was still hungry and I am normally full with a good salad. Skip unless you want to pay $$$$
First time customer >Easy online order > Easy pick up -- Lesson check your bag just because it has your name on the receipt does not mean it contains your salad! Ordered a Cobb got a regular Chicken salad or Greek Chicken salad without peppers BLA! Will try again & check my bag!
I was pleasantly surprised about this place. There were significantly more toppings than I was expecting and the price was actually really good for what I got. The "small" salad ended up being rather large.
I want to shout out Claire for helping me during my visit. She had great suggestions and let me try a dressing before I had her put it on my salad. She had a great bubbly personality. She even upsold dessert! The food is always delicious at this restaurant. Love it!!
I really like the idea of this place! The ingredients were very fresh, although chincey, and the prices weren't too bad! The service wasn't great but we enjoyed ourselves regardless. Would probably order again online and pick up to avoid interaction.
I am highly disappointed in my service today. I got a double order of seafood mix to my salad. Before she checked me out she knocked almost half of my seafood out of my bowl. Did not replace it. She still charged me for a double order. And of course they were out of cranberries. I will never visit this location again.
The quality of this location has gone down over the past 6 months. Almost every visit now they are out of basic things like rolls or pita chips, numerous vegetables and beans and when asked the team just says don’t know when anything will be in. I liked this location and switched from Snappy Salads because of the better variety. But not the case anymore. I am going to take a break till they stop serving old lettuce and get their inventory back like it used to be. The staff does not seem to care either. Recently went back to Snappy Salads and they had a much better selection and everything in stock.
The price at the beginning of the line is just for starters. Some toppings are included but not protein or some premium toppings such as avacado. Ended up at the register for $45 for 2 salads!! Just be wary of the price or it'll surprise you. They are clearly marked but the green font is inconspicuous. Quality is good and the tea tap wall is good. We'll be back but know better now.
