first time buying their product and their customer service is the worse thing in the world. I had an order submitted through their website and I wasn't able to pick it up on time I scheduled and tried contacting then by phone and got a run around for over and hour and still haven't been able to speak to anyone about rescheduling
Tried it for the first time today. Bowls do not look like the pictures they have of them. The açaí bowl came out of a soft serve machine. These ingredients aren’t even guaranteed organic fresh. It tasted good but if I’m going to pay $12 for a bowl, I expect it to be fresh, not premade in a soft serve machine. The girl working was friendly and helpful though.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. While they do have the standard options for any juice/smoothie place, every single thing I have tried marks sub par. If you want a better, more natural taste, try somewhere like nekter.
They previously offered curbside service. I pulled into the space that I had utilized for their curbside service previously and called to let them know I had arrived. Their onsite associate, Bethany, stated that they do not offer curbside service. I explained that I was not aware they had discontinued that service and that I had my baby asleep in the car. She proceeded to argue with me stating that they had never offered curbside service before as if I had not physically done this many times. I assured her I have picked up from this location via curbside many times and could she please assist this one time so that I did not have to wake my daughter and bring her in to which of course she said no and with a really negative attitude. I asked about the refund process which she stated could not be confirmed for 1-2 hours. There are several options for juice in the area and I will no longer be a repeat customer. I especially regret making a referral to my friends literally yesterday who recently moved into a home just south of the town center.

Love this place.However, I didn’t care for the Southlake location. I got a bowl at the Fort Worth location definitely was a better experience.
DELISH - so you ask why the one star?? Because you see the words JUICE like....? from concentrate? The lady couldn’t answer me so I’m sure the answer was yes....not for a $5+ drink LMFAO. Tastes good but better go to a place that actually cold presses in store on demand.
Love their juices. I just finished a 3 day Cleanse and I'm ready to take my nutrition to the next level. Definitely recommend their Vitamin C shots as well. I haven't had a cold or flu since taking the shots on a daily basis.
I absolutely love this place and their plant based soft serve. The chocolate is my go to when I am in town and I always load it up with fresh fruit. Since Covid-19 the have done away with their cones but hopefully one day they will bring them back!
Just called to order 3 of the five day juice cleanses and was told they don’t do that over the phone. I don’t want to get into the entire conversation but to make a long story short they pretty much make it impossible to do business with them. Side note the woman that spoke to me over the phone was very rude. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your entire day accomplishing a 5 minute task. I give them -3 stars!
