Get place for a quick bite! Service was fantastic just like the food.

I visited this store during early lunch time on a Saturday. When I arrived, there were only 2 other customers in the storm. I had to repeat my order to three different people. When checking out, I wasn't asked if I wanted a drink or chips. I was just told the total, then asked if I wanted a receipt. After I said no to the receipt, not another word was muttered from the employee. I reached around for a cup for water, as that is all I wanted to drink. The person who cashed me out, took my cash, then went back to preparing food wearing the same gloves. After this, I saw at least 30 people come and go. It took so long to get my food, which was a salad. I won't visit this location again. Now, the newest menu. Potbelly rebranded the Uptown Salad to the Apple Walnut Salad. No more onions or Potbelly vinaigrette, replaced by a balsamic vinaigrette. I am still disappointed by this change, as the Uptown was one of my favorite foods prior.

Because I love Potbelly, I kept returning to this location only to keep having issues every single time with my order. The customer service is lacking, and there seems to be no order or organization behind the counter; it’s always chaotic. I gave this location one more shot today, but it’s the last time I’ll visit this one. Over 20 minutes for two salads (which were wrong not once, but twice) was just silly.

Nice lunch stop. Food is fresh and service is efficient.

First time in today and the Avo turkey sandwich was delicious!

I got my order delivered through Active Menus and it was flawlessly executed: correct and ahead of schedule! Keep up the great work!

I had the A Wreck sub. Dressed it up with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. Toasted pretty good.

Big sandwiches! Big taste!

Pretty tasty recommendation. First time going and the wreck was delicious. Definitely will come again

Be aware that the picture on the website of each meal is deceiving. If you order the “wreck”, for example, online, you must edit the sandwich. The picture online shows a great looking sandwich with veggies and a sauce. However, the sandwich itself only comes with the meat unless you specify further. Normally at other restaurants you get the default sandwich and can make changes to suit your taste. It’s like they don’t trust their chefs to create an actual sandwich that anyone would enjoy and leave it up to you.
