After waiting an hour past the time I was told, I called in and they said they had the wrong address. What? You go to the wrong house and don't call? Just forget the order? Last time I tried to order they told me they only had enough dough for 1 pizza, not 2. You're PIZZA HUT! How do you run out of dough at 7pm?? I'm done with this place.
They won't deliver to Southlake, and none of the other locations will enter their "Delivery" zone.
Takes over 45 minutes to get pizza delivered to your house once they leave the store. I only live 10 minutes or less from the restaurant. This is the second time this has happened. I should have the driver tip refunded.
Takes 40-45 minutes for delivery to your house once it leaves the store…and my house is only 10 minutes from the store. Delivery takes too long. This has happened more than once.
The coworkers that I shared the supreme pizza said that it was the best that they have had in a long time. We were impressed with amount of toppings

Not try and take my money without giving me pizza and it was basically all crust ?
The pizza and wings were ready at the stated time and made correctly. All three toppings on the pizza were spread evenly over it and it was cooked exactly right. In addition to the food being good, the employees were friendly and efficient.
The whole process was excellent. Our pizzas were hot and delicious, like what we expected from the store/team.
