I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Just walked out without ordering anything. There were two men behind the counter giggling as soon as I walked in and the older guy made some comment. I felt very uncomfortable with his bad attitude, really have not felt this way in the 10 years I have lived in this country.
I’ve recently just found out of one stop and I’ve been there like 5 times so far, the owner is awesome and they have a very good variety of protein which is good and it’s right next door from where I work so every time i want a smoothie I can quickly run too it. I work in tazikis and my name is Jose I found out about One stop from my manager and my manger found out from our boss.
If everybody was as amazing as Ethan we'd be traveling other planets for fun by now.
One Stop was not on my radar until this week and I’ve been there twice this week so far.I was a power lifter in high school and college, then became a runner in the military, ended up running for a big name brands fast forward after some injuries and a massive Cardiopulmonary issue I could no longer run.I stopped in as I’ve built a gym in my house to make the latest science on BCAA’s. The gentleman was extremely helpful, experienced, and walked me through not just what, why, and when things changed. We discussed the other latest supplement news, and the keep things pretty straight forward (as it should be, in my opinion)I stopped in today after my workout for my smoothie, their menu can be a little over whelming but it’s set up that way for individuals counting their Macros and that’s completely understandable. The smoothly was great! They use low-fat yogurt which is what I use to blend mine at home and it’s a great way to blend smoothies. The old way is antiquated, makes tons of noise and often the “over flow” from melted or just a little to much ice, throws off your nutritional content.This is my new “One Stop”
love y’alls stores! I go to the one in Highland Village sometimes and also mostly the one in Southlake at night. Good service and good prices!

No fruit has ever entered this place. Smoothie was gross and attendant had no mask. Some cool protein packed food products on sale though!
