My daughter was visiting from out of state and was craving Nekter. We had a long day of shopping and made it in just before closing. We ordered 2 Açaí Banana Berry bowls. One of the two had quite a bit less than the other. I brought it to the attention of Rosemary, assistant manager at the Southlake location. She acknowledged and explained graciously how each bowl is supposed to be filled. (One was overfilled). Anyway, that explanation was acceptable. But she went above and beyond and brought us a little more to make up for the one bowl that had less. She did not have to do that. It’s this type of exceptional customer service that will keep us coming back to this location. Thanks Rosemary!
Extremely disappointed. I had placed an online order for delivery and when I called to check on it the lady who answered the phone said she didn’t think they did deliveries. When you can literally deliver on the app. She then handed me the phone to someone else who said that they will check on it for me and let me know that the DoorDash delivery person is the reason why the order is messed up. But if I wouldn’t have called I would’ve never known. So then I asked OK will I be getting a refund since I never received the drink she said yes sent me an email saying that it should be on my account 1 to 3 days… I called up there Tuesday to let them know I still have not received it and this issue was on a Friday. The lady said oh no worries call back tomorrow by the end of the day or Thursday if you do not receive it and we will get it tracked and figure out what the issue is. I called Thursday morning to let them know I still have not received anything. The man on the phone had no customer service experience while he was talking to me seemed like he was exhausted and tired at 7:20 AM was not able to help me and told me to call back Saturday. Stated I was not comfortable that would be over a week since the issue with no refund…. Said that they haven’t had any managers all week and that’s the only person that can do it. Overall will no longer be coming here.
Absolutely awesome. Super clean food. I like the Greenie with extra protein. If you really wanna up the protein, try adding both the pea and whey protein (they use a Tablespoon for each serving-roughly 7.5 g) and then add extra of each on the app.
All of the workers there are great and work extremely hard, but owners must NOT care about cleanliness OR quality. Cleaning regulations are way too lax-- they don't use sanitizer for the dishes! The floors are always really sticky and the bathroom is generally untidy. And the fruit/veg isn't even organic or local. Better to just go to Central Market and buy your own smoothie ingredients.
On Facebook and Google it states they are open until 7. Got here at 6:15 and they are closed. And then this sign?! Confusing.
Food is great! Love the options. Closing time says 7:00 on their posted schedule, but they are closed by 6:30 and gone before 6:40. Might want to update hours.
If you're in the area, it's a must. Best smoothies and acai bowls around.
The menu is small but good. I have allergies and they always let me substitute for things I can't have.

I will not be patronizing this place again - I watched the staff handing food to juice and then stop to ring up new customers not bothering to take off their disposable gloves to ring up new orders, handle money (which is the dirtiest), touching the register and then go straight back to handling food wearing the same gloves.....absolutely unacceptable!!!
