Delicious ice cream served with a variety of flavors and choices of ice cream cones and toppings!Friendly staff that offers tasting of flavors! I enjoyed the cotton candy and chocolate mint on my cone and the tasting of Dr. Pepper ice cream! Perfect on a hot, hot day!
Such Friendly staff.The flavors were also great! I love the Dr Pepper and the Disco flavor!!!My spouse and I had a wonderful time here.There are 2 benches but no tables so it is grab and go, which is fine; less mess and crowds. I ? % recommend!!!? ? ? ?
Ice cream is premium quality and always tastes great. I even take some home for those nights where i just need some almond joy. Whoever is making this stuff please keep doing a wonderful job!
My son and I went in today, Father’s Day, 99 degrees. I bought us ice cream and asked for a cup of water for my 7 year old. They denied and said they don’t do cups of water. I then looked at the cups sitting on the counter and asked again. Still denied my son the water. They said I could buy a bottle of water. They charge twice the price a gas station would. If you’d like to give your money to a business that denies children water on a hot day, this is your place.
Came here on a Wednesday afternoon. One employee but very friendly. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and was very happy with what I received. $7 for a small. Everything is made there and you can tell. The hot fudge was like brownie fudge and delicious. They layered the ice cream and fudge too which was a nice touch I didn’t ask for.
First time to Southlake Town Square. Everyone was talking about this place. Yes it deserves the accolades. It's awesome! And the best thing is the Almond Joy Ice Cream. Nothing like any Almond Joy Ice Cream I've ever had. You must try it! There's no way you can pass it up!
Ice cream was ok. The solo employee was definitely happy to share her current Covid status with us- no mask, no sanitization effort made during the climb to the peak of the Omicron surge. Freedom to be infected and infecting others. Yay ☹?
The girl working the closing shift 12/21 overcharged me for my mini ice cream, didn't offer me a receipt, and now I have to dispute this with my credit card. I figured there was no way you could screw up a single charge for a mini sized ice cream of $2.99, but here we are. Please train your employees better (especially before you let them close by themselves).
Read bad reviews for the service but well when I visited it was all good. Nice service, ice cream was delicious too.I like chocolate as well as lemon flavors, triple chocolate worth trying. Lemon custard flavor was yum too.Parlor is located at a very great location with a nice vibe
I love this place. Right next Starbucks. Their ice cream are exceptionally good. But they are only open between 12n-9pm
