Literally the fastest food service I've gotten, that I can remember! From start to finish, it took me, maximum, 20 seconds to get my food.Love the convenient location although it can appear to be awkward when it was my first time.This location is definitely cleaner than most other McDonald's and the quality of food is great as well,

The lady at the window today was wearing a gold necklace with a name on it and was so rude to me over French fries! When I placed the order the lady who took the order could not speak English and got the order wrong. When I asked for the fries at the window, the lady starting yelling at me and telling me the order was correct. Then I asked again if I could get fries and she yelled that i would need to pay for them. So I said ok no problem. She took my credit card. Then she got mad again and gave me my fries and told me that the meal doesn’t come with fries. I asked what her name was and she said she didn’t have a name!! I have no idea what is happening at this location but they need some management.

Go inside and look at dining room of this place. It’s McDonald’s so I’m sure no one will read this or care.That said, I visited during a normal Saturday lunch hour and the floors had food, crumbs everywhere, most of the tables were not cleaned.Drink station had cups and lids but nowhere to get napkins, ketchup salt pepper etc - had to go up to counter and ask.Due to the filth of this restaurant, I was reminded why I typically don’t eat at McDonald’s, but this location seems much worse than normal.

It's McDees. Quick breakfast sandwich. E en when they mess up they fix it right. Today was no mess up. Coffee was perfect sandwich was hot and good. Only eat half keeping an eye on my girlish figure.....should started sooner.

I went though the drive through and ordered. They had me pull forward so they had time to get my order together. When I left, I checked my bag and was missing the 4 piece nuggets I ordered. I automatically tried calling 4 times with no answer and no way to leave a message.

Paid for my meal, then I was told they don’t have my drink. I didn’t want something else, so I said no drink. They didn’t offer to refund. Just rudely handed me my food. Which was also wrong. I asked for sauce and he rudely rolled his eyes and grabbed the wrong sauce. I just left. They don’t even try Always rude.

I read through the other reviews and it seems as though these complaints are upon deaf ears. Management / owner/ corporate please read these reviews and do something about how bad this location is. I was there in feb and handed my credit card at the first window and paid. I received the text from citi bank immediately that the transaction was processed. I get to the second window to get my order and this lady YELLED at me saying that she needs payment and I said I paid already at the first window and she says well on MY COMPUTER it shows it wasn’t paid. I showed her on my phone where it had been processed, she didn’t want any part of what I was saying to her as she was “so busy” she didn’t even look at me while she was telling me this. I kept telling her I paid already and she continued to yell at me that her computer shows it wasn’t paid. I gave her my card again just to get my food and not continue to hold up the line. I told her that this is going to charge me twice now but she literally wasn’t even listening to me. It was something like out of the twilight zone I just couldn’t understand the disrespect. AND I WAS CHARGED TWICE. Had to dispute it with my credit card company. Can you imagine going through all this for some McNuggets? I will be driving the extra miles to go to a different location! After reading some of the other reviews I realize it’s within mine and others best Interest to go to the grapevine or Keller locations.

Terrible service and I no longer accept the excuse it’s hard to find employees. I get it’s fast food but to be so incompetent and stupid while processing an order is not acceptable. I pull up to first window, hand my card over, get a thank you and move to the window. There I’m told my card was declined yet no offer to resolve the issue - ie, try again, can we try a different card, etc. My order was sitting right there but basically got shoo’ed away. I was completely dumbfounded. Probably shouldn’t be eating their very healthy food anyway; not that I do it that often. Guess I have my reason to never eat again at McDonald’s!

Placed an order through the app and selected lobby pickup because the drive thru line was very long. I didn't know lobby was closed so the doors were locked and there was a sign that said if you have a mobile delivery to knock and they will come open. Tried knocking and was ignored. An employee finally came out to take someone else's food out and I asked him if I could get my food because I didn't know the lobby was closed and the app let me select it as an option. He said no you have to go through the drive thru. I told him I didn't want to wait in the huge line and that my food was already in the system. He said no, i told him to just cancel it because I didn't have time he was like you need to cancel it. Try to explain to him that it didn't give me that option as my credit card had already been charged. I asked for a manager. Someone else came out and again told me to get in the drive thru line and I told him I wasn't and to cancel it. Again he tries to argue with me that I have to do it on the app. I offered him my phone to show me where it could be done of course he had no answer. Through all this I can see my order number on the lobby screens showing it's ready. I tried explaining this to him again. No you have to go through the drive thru, i this point I just wanted to go and asked for a number to call to get a refund as I had already been charged. He goes inside to get the number and comes back 30 seconds later and what do you know my order was already bagged and ready. He tells me it was already ready, I was like yes I know. No apology and of course the food was already cold as this point.

Waited 15 minutes for a Diet Coke because they felt it was more safe to have me stand in the restaurant for that amount of time vs allowing me to fill my own cup and get out in 30 seconds. Completely backwards.
