This was my first time coming to McAlister Deli and I simply loved it! The food was delicious! I ordered the half chicken salad and added avocado and the dressing was very tasteful! Along with a delicious baked potato that was supposed to be steak but I substituted the steak for chicken with a side of sour cream!!! I topped it off with a black cherry flavored Sprite and a sugar cookie from out of this world! Thank you for the service as well as the delicious food!P.S. when it's a long line download the app and order from a table it's worth it!

Honestly, this place was way better than I remembered it being. The club was great, and the potato soup was warm and creamy. No complaints here.
A slightly smaller feeling deli than other locations, so it can get a little cramped. Otherwise, it's a great addition to the franchise. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and can work through a line at the counter relatively quick. My choose 2 with a broccoli cheddar soup and chopped savannah salad was fantastic, and didn't break the bank.

Went on lunch break and found long line but it moved amazingly fast and the service was great. Didn’t have to wait long for food either. Their sweet tea is always good. First time trying the baked potatoes and I was not disappointed. Very filling and included plenty of toppings.

I frequently visit this McAlister's. The food is great every time. Today, however, I was disappointed. They were short-staffed which I can understand. I placed an online order and those are typically ready in about 10-15 minutes. When I arrived, I asked if there was a status on my order, and I was told that once it is ready they will place it on the pick-up rack. I waited inside for another 5 minutes, but when the wait continued, due to COVID, I went to my car and waited there for about 10 minutes. In total, I waited an additional 25 minutes after my order was supposed to be completed. When I politely asked for an update again, the girl working the front cashier (clearly stressed and not friendly) tried to hand me a bag of food that had been sitting on the counter since the first time I walked in. I asked that they remake my soup and sandwich since they were cold by that time. Finally, I was handed my food, but still had to explain that the tea was missing. I knew the girl working the cashier was stressed, and after I had received everything I was going to tell her she was doing great; however, she made my drink, slammed it on the counter, and when I said thank you, she responded 'mmhmm'. Again, the food was great, but the staff I saw today are not capable of performing under stress.

Do not do take out if you want to get your money’s worth! I just got home and they didn’t even give me a legit club. It was missing the middle pieces of bread and they didn’t toast it at all. They also forgot to put my chips in the bag. Also, the kids mac & cheese bowls were halfway filled. My wife’s meal was sub par also. We usually eat there and we will do that from now on. I definitely deserve some money back! Please, someone from the restaurant reach out to me.
