So this is the first time for us. I chose it because it was rated the best in my search criteria. The place is really neat with an old school vibe from the decor and shared picnic seating, to the orders being written down on paper bags just like I remember others were doing when I was a kid. We showed up early but by the time we finished, it was getting packed, so get here early. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the menu is not overcrowded with a ton of options. It's pretty stripped down and to the point which I really like. The burgers themselves were very good and the krinkle fries really sealed the deal. Even my kids, who are picky AF, really enjoyed it. We also had chocolate shakes and one dreamsickle shake which my daughter didn't really like that much. So besides the orange shake I would definitely recommend this establishment.
I don’t know why it took me so long to find this place! The burgers are fresh and the staff amazing! I was a bit confused with the sizes when I ordered ( my fault not theirs). Carolina did not let me walk away until my order was correct. Even though I’m the one with the mistake! She was so kind as well as all the other people there. This is definitely a new favorite for my family! Thank you for your hard work and dedication. God bless this business and these people!
This was my first time and my last time coming here. I don't know what all the hype is about because it definitely did not live up to it. I ordered the chili cheese burger and crinkle fries. My chili cheese burger had nearly no chili and for some reason instead of my cheese being on the burger it had been stuffed inside the Patty which made for a very bad mouth feel. There was no seasoning anywhere. Not even basic salt and pepper on the Patty or on the fries. I had a vanilla shake which tasted and looked like vanilla ice cream and a little milk whirred up. I would say that this burger and fries and shake were less than average. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger and he was not impressed either. It's extremely loud inside and crowded. The woman who took my order was barely paying attention to me and she was very rude. Definitely won't be back.
Amazing burger, onion rings and shake. I use my free day wisely, it was totally worth it. Love the staff, very helpful and modifications were no problem.
I'll start off with a positive note. The burger was awesome. Way better than over price trash shake shall was. Good price will definitely eat here again for the burger. I ordered a 1/2 pound burger.. the burger unfortunately was really heavy on my stomach.Kincaids, have you thought about making your 1/2 burger a double 1/4 pound burger?Next time I go I'll have to try again but with 1/4 pound single patty I guess.
One of the best burgers I've ever had. It is a must stop if you're in the area.
Very friendly staff. Burgers are very plain. No spices. Crinkle cut fries are almost shoestring. Burgers are fairly juicey. Simply Burgers are definitely better. Decided to try this place with all the good reviews. Out of my way to get there so I doubt I will ever eat there again.
Kincaid's has always been one of my favorite burger places. This visit was no exception at the Southlake location. We came around 7 pm on a busy Saturday night. The line moved fast but there was an understandable wait til our name was called when food was ready. We ordered stuffed jalapeños, junior bacon cheeseburger, cowtown deluxe burger, fries, drink, amd peppermint milkshake. All were delicious.
Yummy o-rings, and pimento cheese sammy. Would give 5 stars but on this day our order took extra long to recieve due to a large call in order they prepared before our order.
Waited 30minutes to orderliness, 10min of which as first in line.. Line was out to the door while the two order takers were too busy taking phone orders. No one was making sure orders were completed and handed out, several customers got cold food.
