incredibly consistently poor service stretching back a decadesince the location east of this one on Sthlk Blvd opened a few years ago, ive consistently gone there despite being out of my way because no matter who the staff is here, ive endlessly run into indifferent, overwhelmed, incompetent, or just plain rude employees. there have been shining examples in the past several years (the women employed here have universally been harder workers and more kind customer service reps than their male counterparts, despite being almost always outnumbered) but overall even with employee turnover over the course of years this location has proved itself to me to have a persistent culture of immaturity and laziness
one of the best all around places to get sandwiches and I had a craving for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich today and drove 50 miles to this location just to get it. I won't go to any other location. these people and this location are the best. well worth a drive for a great sandwich.
Always great! They’ll scoop out the bread if requested.My husband made a mistake when he went to pick up an online order but they were very helpful fixing it.
I have been a returning customer for many years and throughout the time the service has always been top tier. The manager there has always been sincere about problems and remembers me, it makes me feel special going into there and seeing a familiar face. And to top it all even better is the quality of the food! My go to sandwich is a Philly cheese steak and I have never had a bad sandwich from there. I applaud you Jersey Mike's!!!

Well it seems to be a pattern and the owner of this location must not care. The customer service is the worst of any Jersey Mikes location. I have a family friend that owns 10 locations around DFW and there is a huge difference. I waited more than 4 minutes and I was the only one in the store. Not even a hello or I will be right with you. I turned and walked out.Dear owner, no need for a canned response about how sorry you are. Let me come in and talk to your staff. I have been in the customer service/sales Industry for more than 21 years. The key to a well run business always starts with effective communication. Work on the little things and everything else will happen for you.
I typically don't take time to leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience as this was the first time I have eaten at a Jersey Mikes. A co worker recommended this place and I'm happy she did. It was FABULOUS! Here are a few reasons why... First, I don't think I have ever been to a food chain that was as clean as this place. Secondly, the food was delicious. I got the Italian (my go-to anytime I eat a sandwich). Just thinking of it is making my mouth water! Which brings me to the reason for this review. The guy behind the counter who made my sandwich - Rush. He was very friendly (kind of funny too) asking how my day was, he made recommendations for toppings when I couldn't make my mind up and was pretty dang fast. Its rare to see such customer service now days. I was having a not so good day, but between the sandwich and Rush, I walked out in a better mood! So thank you Jersey Mikes!
I order my sandwiches from this Joe’s 4~5 times a month but never had anything to complain about until today and, the funny thing is, it was my first time using rewards for one of the sandwiches that turned out to be just plain horrible.Maybe they have special instructions for sandwiches being ordered on rewards?! I am not sure but the bread was very dry, like it was days old and, the lunch meat and all things that go in the sandwich were only about half of the normal portion.I called to speak to the mgr about the incident hoping it could be addressed since I live so close by and didn’t want to change one of my favorite go to place for sandwiches.I guess my expectations on their customer service was too high because the mgr never followed up.I will need to find a new sandwich place!!!** The mgr called the next day after I submitted my review. She sounded sincere about addressing the issue. Maybe I'll give it another shot...***********************Gave it another try two days later and things haven’t changed much. Probably will not be going back.**********************
It's a standard Jersey Mike's sandwich place. Just don't count on timely service during either lunch or dinner. We ordered online and waited for over half an hour past our scheduled pickup time. And of course we ordered online and prepaid, so cancelling and going somewhere else is not an easy option. You know what you're going to get, just factor in extra time when you choose to.
Horrible customer service. The woman with the ugly red hair had a sour attitude. Definitely not coming back to this location. I guess one can say they had a real Jersey attitude.
