The server I had I can't remember his name but he had braids and was friggin awesome. He has an excellent personality he's funny and knows the grind. Go you and will be back for him. My boss is picky and he goes to expensive places for chow all the time and he even said something about how great it was. Good job IHOP it would be nice if you had a flavor of cream that wasn't just cream almost a deal breaker just saying
So I didn't get the guys name he was a mexican guy with glasses , long story short me my mom and little brother got into an accident on the highway in front of this ihop they took my mom to the hospital me and my brother walked over to this ihop and this guy gave us a table made sure we were ok gave us water and a little meal , very thankful for him and will forever be grateful ?
As a person who loves pancakes and enjoy the variety of pancakes they have, this place needs to improve on their services. The whole point of curbside service is to order ahead and come check in and have it brought out to you. Not here apparently. For the second time my girlfriend and I did curbside but they failed to acknowledge us. So once again I had to go inside and get our order. The food was just sitting on the counter!! Nobody was there to give it to me. They never answer their phone. My pancakes were dry and barely any chocolate chips. My girlfriend crepes weren't good at all. If this keeps on we will no longer go there.
This was disappointing. Food was meh, the children's chocolate chip pancake was tasty, but nothing else was good. They are not open for dine in and are only accepting online take-out orders. They had one poor guy cooking, taking orders and doing the pick-up window.... alone. I don't fault him at all. On the other hand IHOP Corp. y'all need to GET IT TOGETHER. You need to do better by providing adequate staffing for your employees. They're really trying to succeed and you've given them impossible circumstances.
Avoid this IHop manager was rude and they voted at 10pm but doors still unlocked and people were inside eating. Never will got to this location in my life. Absolutely rude staff and customers were no better saying were closed go home. I have never been treated like that in my life
The food is good and reaonably priced with a lot to choose from. The wait to get in is a bit much and the staff in ok
Joanna was amazing!!! I had placed an order via DoorDash but it was not very user friendly so I I called the restaurant and got Joanna on the phone. Joanna helped me adjust the order and went beyond to meet our order details. Thank you, Joanna!
Our server, Sam, was absolutely delightful. He was courteous, fast, and his presence was so enjoyable. He deserves all the raises.
Absolutely disgusting. Took them 45 minutes to bring out cold food. When we asked to see a manager the waitress went to the back and came out telling us it would be a while because they were working in the back. So we couldn't address the issue with the manager, they wouldn't speak with us, we left the restaurant hungry because our food was gross, and we still paid full price. The manager on duty today needs to work on their customer service. 12/5/21 @ 11am
I ended up here because I was looking for a good cup of coffee, and ended up eating breakfast. The coffee and the breakfast was ok.
