Normally I like this place. Today I had a family big order. Did not think I should look through the order. BIG MISTAKE....... 3 saladsand no dressing. Had to go back no compensation. 15 minutes both ways. Lesson learned check everything before you go...... Not happy

Don’t ever order food from here! I used to order food here all the time but the quality has definitely gone down in the past fee months.I ordered fajitas nachos and this is what I got. I guess they think since you order food online your order isn’t important.

Freshly made food. Good taste available in a worth price.

I felt bad because the female staff taking the order was so unfriendly and racist towards the customers. Also very small sized 4 tacos for $16. Expensive, tasteless, unfriendly restaurant should stop operating.

They lied to me. After a bad experience having stomachache and diarrhea badly with their food, I wrote a review privately to their email on the website without asking them to refund because I wanted to let them know there was an issue in food safety on that day. They apologized and said that they would have refunded my order. However, I still haven’t got the refund after more than 3 weeks and I have already told them twice that I haven’t got it so far. The refund isn’t a matter to me, but it is not doing what they said they were gonna do. To me, it’s a liar. I’m really sad with their service like this because this is my go-to and a special place with memories in my heart. I hope they will take this into consideration and make sure it will not happen again in the future.

This place is nasty. We meet here monthly with a group. (We're trying to think of a good time to suggest that we move the gathering elsewhere.) It's rarely clean. The restrooms (men's room, at least) are disgusting, and I mean at 7 am when they've just opened their doors! The one time we tried the food (before we noticed it was so dirty there), the food was so-so. At least we didn't get food poisoning.

Very disappointing. The staff seemed as though they hated being there and having to help anyone. The cashier barely greeted me and acted like it was a bug deal I asked for my receipt. The pork was dry and leathery like it'd been sitting on a heat table all day. Overpriced for the amount of food and quality was horrible.

So we decided to eat Fuzzy’s at our work, I placed order through the app, picked up the food at the restaurant, came back to the office, opened the bag to realize most of the orders were messed up, missing ingredients on the food. ( what an embarrassment!!!) Called the store and after a long wait spoke to an employee, explained the situation and he asked to bring the food back so that they can fix it, ( well I don’t get an hour for my lunch) and that is why we order it online so we can pick it up on scheduled time. He offered to give some sort of credit on next order instead of giving a refund for this order. Now, I don’t know if my colleagues would still want to eat there and feel bad asking money from them for this order. When we order food online we expect that everything is bagged as ordered and don’t check them at the restaurant.I had the same issue last time but I didn’t bother speaking up as it was individual order not a group order!!!

Alright so our order came out wrong but we had a good number of people ordering. The guys in the back fixed it quickly and made sure we were taken care of. Food tasted great. Restaurant was nice and clean. Thanks for the great service y'all.

Placed an order online to pick up in store and I was charged twice for it. Good luck trying to get your money back. I called the store and management told me they could not help me because the order was placed online. They couldn't give me a corporate phone number or customer service number to help me. They said go to your bank. Well, my bank sent me to talk to you since you're the business that double charged me for my order. REFUND ME MY $27! This is ridiculous that you can't get immediate assistance for an issue caused by your own company and faulty online ordering system.
