The cookies here are massive. Some are very sweet indeed. Sometimes there's a wait at peak hours as well. I will be going back. They always have different weekly flavors as well. I will like to try a cold cookie especially for the summer time. Great cookies and customer service overall.

Got the key lime pie and it was so good! Definitely going back to try out all the cookies they have.

i specifically requested that lemon & carrot cake not be next to the peanut cookie due to a food allergy. my brother can’t have either cookies in the box that are touching the peanut cookie now. luckily, i did order him a separate cookie that he also chose. he does fine as long as what he is eating is not in direct contact, but unfortunately, these are in direct contact. just disappointed he won’t be able to get his other one, and that the employees did not pay attention to the note even tho they stuck stickers with said note on BOTH boxes!!

Literally everytime I go to the south lake location, my cookies look like this. Super disappointed. Half the time they’re also missing garnish (key lime was missing the lime, the lemon this week is missing the dusting). I’ll just go back to the north Richland hills location, it’s worth the drive. ??‍♀️

I consider myself an expert in desserts. I treat myself to a free day 2-3 times per month so I can't waste my time with awful tasting treats. Crumbl is absolutely unique and delicious. The flavors are fun and delicious. The store is cute, the employees are sweet.

Pros: clean facility, friendly cashier, cute restaurantCons: wait time (I waited 20 mins) but it was a Saturday.I tried 2 of the cookies & I thought both Cookies were a bit too sweet (for me). I probably won’t come back just for this reason

Every time I have came into the store they always have amazing customer service, helpful, kind, clean, and everything in between! They do a wonderful job on the cookies on how they taste and the presentation of them. The cookies look perfect every single time. Our family is always looking forward to the new flavors, we come here almost every week, and we have never had any complaints. They always do an outstanding job!

After being introduced to Crumbl by my favorite YouTubers, Ryland Adams & Shane Dawson, who, I should mention, are NOT SPONSORED BY CRUMBL, you can only imagine how excited I was to discover that there was a store right in my own backyard. I mean SERIOUSLY EXCITED!!Since my first visit, Crumbl has bumped the Tesla chargers out of first place as my new favorite place to go in Southlake Town Square!! Crumble’s excellent, fast and courteous service is only eclipsed by their delectable and delicious cookies! With a new menu every week, checking their app on Monday is always highly anticipated. Best. Cookies. EVER!!

This review is not a critique of Crumbl cookies, but really a comment on their customer service and systems. When I arrived at the store at 6 pm yesterday (Saturday) to pick out some cookies as a Sunday gift (store is closed on Sunday), I had to find out from 20 other customers who were all standing in line that the store was too busy. The store was not taking any in person orders - you had to download the app and order on-line. I wanted the cookies, so I took the other customer's advice and ordered the cookies using the app. The app assigned me a time to come back to get my order at 7:15 pm. Okay, so I drive home. I return to the store at my assigned time to get the cookies and hit the "I'm here" button on the app. The app alerts me that I am #40 in line to receive my cookies. I was surprised that despite ordering online and being assigned a time to pick them up that I still needed to wait again once I arrived just to get my order. Frustrated, but having already paid for the cookies and still wanting them, I decided to drive somewhere else and run some errands. I return to the store 40 minutes later just to check the app and see that I am now #27 in line. I guess I'm a "Ken", so I call the store to complain and cancel my order. The employee is polite and states that this is their process and they have had Door Dash drivers that have waited over 2 hours for their deliveries. He promptly cancelled my order.Crumbl must make great cookies. People won't even line up for 2 hours to get a life-saving medical treatment - so their cookies must be even better than that. I do think that as a new business, Crumbl must improve their app and methods. I realize that I probably chose the busiest day and time to try and get cookies, but you cannot run your business this way. The app needs to alert customers of a realistic time to receive their orders. There are other larger and more established brands in the take-out or quick-serve industry whose apps will alert customers regarding delays and realistic anticipated pickup times. Hopefully, Crumbl respects their potential customer's time.If Crumbl continues to run their stores this way, the problem will solve itself. Customers will become frustrated and there will be no wait times as no cookie is that good to me.
