The Southlake location is NEVER open all of a sudden.
Stopped in here for a quick breakfast. At the counter, I specifically told the cashier lady who was taking my order that I wanted a "Morning Rush" which consisted of a small coffee and either a muffin or bagel with cream cheese. I told her I wanted the bagel with cream cheese. Simple enough, no? I pick my bagel and go sit down. The people preparing the order asked if I wanted my bagel toasted and I said yes. Finally, I get to my car and drive off and take a bite. No cream cheese. I'm already annoyed at this point considering it's a pretty simple order and now I have to drive back to get it fixed. I go back to the lady who gave me the bagel and I tell her there's no cream cheese on my bagel. And she looks at me pretentiously and very rudely says "You didn't say you wanted cream cheese that's why." And she literally throws a plastic container of cream cheese into the bag and shoves it back to me. What in the actual hell? Who eats a plain toasted bagel? And in fact, I DID say I wanted cream cheese when I placed the order. Do people come in and say they want bread with their sandwich? Or cheese for their grilled cheese? No apology, nothing. Ruined my morning. Never coming back here again.
Good customer service. The food was good. OnlyComplaint (very minor) was that they got the side of bread wrong onMy order. It was supposed to be garlic bread Instead it was a French baguette. Still good but…
Place was empty. Walked up to the counter to grab a box and by the time I walked back busser had already ruined half my pasta.Was really looking forward to eating that later.
After enjoying a Christmas play, a group of us thought we'd get a bite to eat. We arrived at Corner Bakery around 7 p.m. There were only three people working the resturant. My shrimp scampi sauce was watered down & had no flavor. The croutons ontop of my tomato soup were soft & stale. Not sure what was going on here? Unfortunately for us, we brought our appetites & weren't very pleased with Corner Bakery. I'll try another location & go from there. I'm sorry ya'll the food was really below anyone's standards.
the breakfast quality is terrible…forget about everything else, I grab two of their velvet cake took it home, then open it there’s mold and open the other one there’s mold too. Of course we didn’t it…you think? Yaks!!!!That’s terrible…shame of this restaurant makes me wondering what’s like in the kitchen. We will never come back nor I recommend it to any one. FYI, we live in southlake area.
I have gone to this very Corner Bakery for years with my Grandmother. She is 95 years young. The young lady wearing a Fed Ex jacket was rude and far from patient. I watched and listened her rudely speak to the customers before we ordered. She was curt and impolite and seemed put out when they were making up their minds. When it was out turn there was no Good Morning. Very unfriendly and put out that she was working. I spoke with the manager and he proceeded to say how difficult it was in the industry right now and how she had to close and then come in to open today. I told him that a Good Morning is not difficult.. And gave me an "oh well" and walked off.The grapes pineapple were also spoiled.
Amazing food, made great friends and great memories here.
Always great. They have so many change in motion and staff...lately it is always not consistent.
Sandwiches are very good. Clean and nice location. $13 for lunch with drink.
