Bad customer service turned away 10 plus customers on a Saturday night by closing early
Great customer service, even on a busy night. I had a gift card to use and the employee and manager both worked to make sure it would be used. We will definitely be back!

Awesome! Great seasonal pumpkin ice cream is available. It was tasty with coconut and chocolate chips mixed in! The waffle cone was crispy and crunchy, just the way I like it.
Went with my husband today around 8pm. It was pretty busy because it’s a Saturday night which is expected. The staff was basically all teenagers. I saw a staff member rub his eye with the same gloves he was taking orders with. Not the cleanest or the most sanitary but the ice cream was good…we took a risk.
Love the fact that all the kids love working here. Managers and owner take time to make them feel welcome. Kids are hard working and friendly, one employee,Aman, take the time to recommend flavors to little kids and goes out of his way to help customers!

Cold stone has always been a favorite of ours, not just for their delicious ice creams but also for their sinfully sumptuous Midnight Delight cake and other chocolatey offerings. And this location has become our new favorite go-to spot for post-dinner indulgences, not just for their flavors, but also for their fabulous location and wonderful customer service.The pandemic-appropriate, socially-distanced outdoor seating area offered at this location is perfect to enjoy some fresh air while indulging our tastebuds. The staff is very friendly and courteous as well. In short, a marvelous and welcome addition to the Southlake area!
We always have loved a Cold Stone. We were happy to see they finally opened one in Southlake and every time I have been their rewards system is not working! Seriously you would think they would have fixed it by now. Twice they have been out of Sweet Cream flavor. Also, the teenage staff is not friendly a d whomever is running this place needs to do a better job. I just may have to go back to Alliance instead unless the problems are fixed.
My kids and All Family enjoyed visit to Cold stone creamery Southlake (this store). Premises and inside of store is kept clean, very courteous and well trained staff , good customer service by all employees, strict Covid precautions are being followed, fabulous choices for all occassions..overall very pleasant experience.
