This is a critique of the establishment with the context of my 1.5 hours there, based on experience and/or observation. The soap container needed to be refilled in the mens bathroom, it was empty. The tables and benches, condiments area needed more stringent cleaning. Some of the fresh (uncooked) items on offer at the serving line didn't look at the level (by me looking visually) of quality that i prefer. It's important for the reader to remember that i was merely a customer and not privy to the whys and why fors of the actual workings of the location. This is a sort of snapshot in time.
Third time in 3 months I have been to this location in the early evening <6:30 and they are out of tea. I asked the manager about it and she said they only make one batch and when they run out, they run out and do not make more. It costs maybe 50 cents to make another and they charge ~$2.50 per drink. Its just lazy and creates a terrible customer experience. I've stopped going to this location at night. I've mentioned it to the manager twice and they simply ignore the issue. Lazy manager ruining the brand experience.
Places are only as good as their managers! How hard is it to cook white rice. It was crunchy both times even when they said they replaced it.Edit: additionally the manager would not give my date a free drink to comp for the error. She needs an attitude check because who inventories SINGULAR CUPS. On top of lying to us that there was "fresh rice" we let them make our food again. And then when I asked if that was fresh rice the girl with blonde hair behind the counter said yes, just to sit down and bite onto the same HARD rice. Didn't even bother with a refund because that would be argued as well. Yall had 2 chances to make it right and didn't.
I visited Chipotle at least three times whilst on a corporate fast with my Church family. I was pleasantly reminded that Chipotle offered some of the best options as far as their cilantro lime rice, black and pinto beans, vegan sofritas (tofu) and vegan/plant-based chorizo. Partnered with their delicious vinegrette, Chipotle provided the jazz I needed to continue the spiritual and health experience I'm delightfully gaining from this fast. Thank you to the team who so swiftly served me the hot and fresh goodness in a bowl! Peace & Blessings!
Employees are always sitting at the best seats on their breaks (should be for paying customers), always out of items, inefficiently run in the time to grab order in dine (never seen anything like it), employees do not care, this place is business simply because of location! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE they will mess it up!!
Been coming here for 3 years. The food quality is still great but really feels like service has gone down in the past 6 months. I don’t blame the employees, it’s probably a combination of company policies and low wages but I’ve had a bad experience the last two times we went there. Employees just seemed unhappy in general and as a consequence were curt and unhelpful. Time to try out the competition, which is sad since I used to be a huge chipotle fan.
This chipotle is, and has always been the most disappointing Chipotle in the nation. I will lay out the full indictment below but before I do I feel I should mention I’m uniquely qualified to rate this chipotle for 2 reasons. 1. I worked at a restauranteur-level chipotle for 2 years I’m college and 2. This chipotle is right around the corner from my house and I’ve eaten here probably 90 times over the years. This review is NOT based on one single event. This review is based on years of terrible food, service, and experience. This chipotle is the worst for the following reasons:- food quality - the food is truly never fresh. Ever. The cilantro in the rice has turned brown. The beans are crusty. The meats are dried little sad cubes. The queso has a film over it. Not at all appetizing from the jump. And sure as heck not worth the $$.- line cleanliness - the line is horrific. There’s pico in the corn. Lettuce in the guacamole. There’s beans and salsa all over the table which means when they slide your bowl along the way, the bottom is getting gunk all on it. Ew.- staff ineffectualness - this one is honestly just a bummer. But it’s clear that the poor kids who work here don’t care about their job, about chipotle, about the brand, the culture, the diner, the food, the experience. Anything. And I don’t blame them honestly. This all rests on whoever the managers are.- always messy - never a table. Hardly ever forks or napkins available. Tables littered with food from previous eaters. Bathrooms horrifying.- manager fail - all of the above complaints are 100% easily solvable problems if only the managers of this location would be immediately released from their duties and replaced with individuals who care about the brand as a whole. I do NOT want this chipotle to close because the location is incredible but honestly, this is a truly horrible Chipotle.
We've come here for years but the last few times this one's been disappointing. We love Chipotle, but will try another location next time.Rice was very crunchy today. Like it was old or something. Or the chip machine is broke so you cant have chips and guac/queso. Or when we ordered doordash from here last time, the bowls were filled with less than a normal serving...it's always something here.
Service was excellent! I tried Chipotle years ago at another location. I never went back. Tried this location a few weeks ago and now I'm addicted! Delish!
I ordered a burrito online for delivery. The estimated delivery time was delayed multiple times. After waiting for about an hour, I called support and asked for a refund, which I received. Support assured me that my order would still be delivered. Shortly after my call with with support, I received a text message from Chipotle indicating that my order could not be processed and was therefore canceled.Chipotle's delivery is just terrible.
