Do not get to-go unless you check your order very well. Ordered a meal for my family this week and both kids meals were wrong. One was missing protein entirely, and neither had the chips or juice box that are supposed to come with it. To make matters worse, there's no way to get a refund without going back to the store. Tried calling and you can no longer speak to a human, everything is automated. Even going online, you can only chat with a bot so the only path to a refund is contesting the credit charge. Really bad decision to replace humans with bots that can't help.

Everything was delicious and I did not get attitude for asking for more rice. Thanks!

This is the worst Chipotle branch I have ever visited. Staff did not make the burrito bowl the way I want. They were rude and not customer friendly. I would not recommend this place.

I was excited to try the Plant Based Chorizo but my bowl contained a measly amount of it. Also, they ran out of grilled veggies. They asked for more from the kitchen but instead of waiting 2 minutes for the new batch, they scooped bit and pieces from the bottom of the container and called it good. I had like 5 pieces of miserable looking veggies and when I asked for more, the teenager told me it's going to cost more ? The service and the meal were lacking. I would not recommend to frequent this location.

Workers made my order with an attitude even tho I was polite…everyone has other things going on don’t try and take it out on random people

Crunchy rice and the staff keeps serving it to other customers and refused to taste it.

Chips are always soft and way too salty, I would recommend a different location.

They never have dressing and just shrug it off, but today they are out of FORKS!? Ever tried to eat a salad with a spoon? Would recommend just going to another Chipotle, this one stinks.

This place is always out of stuff! I ordered a salad was not informed that there was no dressing until after I paid! I have numerous bad experience here....look forward to new dining experiences at Freebird's!
