This place is great and always hot. It needs better marketing. You can’t even tell where it is when on the other side of the highway it’s completely busy. I’ve worked at a very busy chicken e before. I currently manage a $16m wholesale store and I can tell you you need marketing help. Great food and staff!
They do not wear hair nets, or gloves, I don’t want to worry about what filth has been handling my food
This place has the best chicken. Their chicken is never frozen, which makes a big difference. Bonus Trivia - this is the Chicken Express Post Malone used to work at.
Drive thru is frustrating. Sometimes staff is semi rude and incompetent. Not a pleasant few experiences from here. I won't go back. Any feedback from the owners would be welcomed given the sheer amount of bad reviews due to rude incompetent staff.

It's hit or miss here. Some days the food and service is good...others not so much. I've noticed mostly they're accurate but it's small things like ordering extra rolls, and getting none but then they put an extra piece of chicken in your because they knew they were being lazy, or unprepared whichever.
Went 2 days in a row because their was so many choices and both days the food was great...but the cashier should listen...she was OFF both days so bad that only 2/4 ppl placed an order on day 1
