LONG wait times. Very unorganized. Horrible service! Been sitting in line for 20 mins now waiting on breakfast. Horrible location… really nothing nice to say.
Guys it’s open inside now!! Love this place so much!! Also this guy Braylon Beer deserves a raise. he is such a good worker-very attentive and kind, he made my overall experience great ?
I went inside and ordered multiple meals, waited until food was ready took it and drove back home to find that one meal was missing. I live in the same neighbourhood just few miles away. I called and the phone manager would go to voice mail straight. So I called the option to Kettering and ironically the manager answered and would not deliver the missing meal or give refund. The only thing she offered is having similar order when I drive back which I don’t find myself inclined to go there again. I wish I could say that this was an isolated incidence but it happens frequently enough and often I just let go knowing that I won’t get any resolution and I was right, when I called I realized that they do this so often to the extent of having a policy not to hold them accountable when they do it over and over again.
This location seems to have a lot of employees standing around. They have no problem serving their drive thru, but forget about their dine-in customers. There's too many employees laughing and joking at this location. It's almost as if they don't take their job seriously. We've come to expect better of Chick-fil-A over the years. This location needs new management.
I’ve honestly been wanting to leave a bad review for a while, but I’m just now getting around to it. While I will admit the food and service are great, the way the management treat their staff is frankly atrocious. I came in during an extremely cold day, expecting to have my order taken from an intercom(as I was almost half frozen in my warmed up car), but I was shocked to see a teenage girl staring sadly at me, ready to take my order. As she was taking my order, I could hear her voice shaking, and see tears stained on her face, and it nearly broke my heart in half. I asked where her gloves were, and she replied that the gloves Chick-Fil-A provided did not work with the IPads. I was absolutely mortified, and was honestly ready to call CPS, when my husband talked me out of it, and told me to at least attempt to get management to fix their mistake before getting the place thoroughly investigated. Please, PLEASE provide these children with a better working environment, because it is apparent that they are suffering just to provide customers with “quality service”.
the management at this chick-fil-a is horrible. these poor kids are out in the FREEZING cold… they have an intercom…. why don’t they use it instead of torturing these sweet kids outside. i need to talk to a manager RIGHT AWAY!!! i saw a child slip on ice for gods sake! not ok! fix this immediately or i will complain! next time i am bringing these poor kids gloves and a hat! chick-fil-a provide gloves at least!!!! this is atrocious! if i come back to this establishment and the kids are still outside in the cold, i will complain at the window.
The line is atrocious during the lunch hour of 12-1pm. Almost got into 2 calamities and we have a state of art vehicle capable of handling these types of situations. The only reason we were able to endure was due to my colleagues calm cool and collected approach to navigating this parking lot! If it hadn't been for him we would have perished in our quest to obtain those delicious chicken sandwiches. Would recommend again.
This is the first time I experienced horrible customer service at Chick fil A. The staff they hired were all teenagers and you could tell. No one came to the car to take my order. They were all standing under the heat lamp (at least 4-5 people). I had to ask if this is where the order was taken. They all looked at each other and said yes then asked who wants to take the order. The line was wrapped around the building. My food was not hot. I called the store to inform the manager of the issue. Hopefully the issue was rectified. I will NEVER go to South Lake Chick fil A again.
Super fast service , unfortunately our food was cold , and they still adding salt to our fries
This location needs better leadership and more training. The outside crew came off very inexperienced and immature in front of customers. Given there were no adults present, it really made this location look like a school event ran by students with little to no training.None of them seemed to understand how to direct traffic. Therefore, one lane had to sit and wait until either a car from the other lane would let them go or the girl supposedly directing traffic finally stopped the other lane to let a car in - both cases were almost nonexistent.Interactions between crew members in front of customers were also unprofessional. Lots of bantering, overly dramatic phrases, and obnoxious actions. In one instance, a car pulled in line that most of the crew knew and they all started shouting, squealing, and jumping up and down, paying no attention to the customers they were serving. One girl was jumping and dancing while holding the credit card reader inside a vehicle for the person to pay, all the while the card reader moving all around making it near impossible for the customer to use their card.I've been to many Chick-fil-A locations and most all of them run a tight ship, especially during busy hours, and are professional the entire time; thus, making the experience pleasant. Unfortunately, this location is by far the worst experience I've had at a Chick-fil-A.
