Great food, but disappointing service. I would avoid this location. The employees are upset with you for taking their time, especially with my cousin where it was her first time at Cava. She asked what he, the staff member, would recommend out of the hummus and he said "nothing." We rushed through our orders, but it still didn't feel fast enough for them by the look of their annoyed faces.They forgot some things, and we felt bad having to go back again to bother them about it, so we nicely asked them to just get us the ingredients when they have a moment. Let's just say they really took their time.
The food was amazing!! I don't remember exactly what I ate but I know I coupled it with a ginger beer. It tasted awesome ?! I was very pleased with my experience and the quality of food. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient with me. It was my first time eating Cava so I had several questions ?. I definitely recommend Cava for any health freaks or people just looking to try new things. I tried it and am very glad I did.
Fresh meats and salad fixings for pitas or salad bowls.Grain bowls are offered but get too crazy with ingredients and the price could be high.Dressings all have good flavor but they swap them out every month or so, so don't get too attached to any particular one.
Been here twice, had either plastic or a rock in our food both times. Alerted the staff, they did not care. Overall food is a great concept. Typical Southlake worn out facility and seldom very clean. My dentist would love me to eat here but not worth the pain.
This is the Chipotle concept converted into Mediterranean food. I loved all the options to make my bowl. I did rice and greens bed with falafel, and all kinds of toppings! Cucumbers, cabbage slaw, olives, feta, hummus… all the goodies!! So fresh and yummy!
Saw this place on FB and reminded me of a place I love in Phoenix called Pita Bistro. Tried it today and it’s my new favorite. Staff was friendly and helpful since it was my first time. Definitely recommend ?
Kelsey the GM is amazing! She is always willing to put the customer first, she is kind, polite and courteous. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I had a large last minute order today and Kelsey and her staff prepared it in a timely manner and to perfection! I will always cater from the Southlake location! Thanks for making my Cava experience great!!!

Great food and awesome customer service! Brought my mom for the first time yesterday and Kelsey helped us. She was so patient and explained everything to my mom as she was overwhelmed by all the wonderful choices. We will definitely be back!
