Refused service cause when I Used drive through speaker wasnt working but she said I didnt wait for speaker. When I said hello no one answered so I drove to window. Once at window lady Manager refused to take my order cause the car behind me placed there order through speaker and was on screen. Im a customer, she should have take my order and apologized for not replying when I spoke in speaker. They need to be educated about what customer service is. I am now going to Wendy, they are fast and friendly plus the bathrooms dont smell.
Should get a negative review. service speed was decent and food was good but the staff at this location try to rip you off any chance they get. up charging items on you hoping you wont notice, removing key items from your order, and their attitude is the worst. try to correct them scamming you and they act all offended then try to screw you even more for calling them out on it.do not go to this location if you can help it but if you do make sure to get a copy of your receipt because 8 out of 10 times they will upcharge you for nothing.
BREAKING NEWS!! The King has been overthrown at this location! The peasants have taken the thrown. The service and quality have been cast into utter tyranny! Most enjoyable part of my experience was trying to navigate my big truck in the Putt Putt style drive thru lane with minimal curbbage.
Purchased the Wednesday Whopper Special. ? Sooo good! Had to only use the drive-in. The in-dining was closed to the public because of Covid-19. Miss the good ole days when you could relax and go inside an fast food restaurant to enjoy your meal with friends.
The restaurant itself was good. It's clean and the employees are kind. I had a chicken sandwich, the long one, while my husband had the spicy chicken sandwich. His chicken was good, albeit bland. Mine was dried out and gross. I couldn't even finish it. However I bet if I had gotten a burger it would have been better.
This is the second time I drive up there's around 8 pm and no one is there. Lights on doors locked drive thru lit. The time before that I ordered a cha king spicy meal I got a chicken sandwich!!
Their drive thru claims to be open until midnight, but I've been on this strip three times a week at around 11pm for the past year and a half and I can guarantee you there's an 80% chance they're not open at 11pm, let alone midnight. Lights all on, drive thru menu and lights on, but nobody answers and nobody is at the window. Tried multiple times a night, many nights.
Zero stars. Worst BK around. Google always says they're open, there's obviously employees inside, but the doors are consistently locked, and drive through is always broken. No service here, don't even try. Phone is disconnected, total trash.
I'm surprised that BK Corp allows their franchisees to run a restaurant with a disconnected phone line, how does one call to complain? THEY DON'T! If you notice, majority of the 5star reviews are actually from staff or upper management posing as guest, they usually sit around creating accounts and adding 5star reviews.
Great service and they do serve burgers earlier than 1030 am. Thank you so much for serving me my food that I love. I will continue coming.
