This was my first experience with a Zeppelin. I like the concept, but I believe I ordered the wrong salad. I would like to see something Italian. Before ordering I used the rest room. My first impression was gross! I am concerned about your cleaning methods. Before stepping in the rest room I could see the filthy toliet from the door. The bowl appears to have not been cleaned for a few days. The young staff seemed to be all over the place. I can't say I will be back.
This place used to be really good. I wish I could say it still is. We went Saturday, 5-21-22, and we were the only people inside the restaurant. Every table was dirty. The chairs and floor were dirtier than what could occur in one day. Crumbs, chips, wilted lettuce all over the floor. The chairs, table legs and pedestals had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Bathrooms were filthy. It was uncomfortable being inside. The outside patio area was not much better. Chairs were strewn all over the patio and chairs laying on the side or upside down. The girl that was working was sitting at a table on her phone- THE ENTIRE TIME. Really sad how this can ruin a business.
The salad was good- the restaurant was chaotic and dirty. There were no clean tables- they had plenty of help but they were all teenage boys cutting and and being very loud. We could hear all kinds of ruckus in there back kitchen.
8 of us had the pleasure of eating here for the first time Thursday 3/24/22. What a TREAT. The staff serving at 4:00 PM were AMAZING! They greeted us with smiles and were thrilled that we had never been there before. They explained everything to us, and their attitudes were the best. The menu choices are flavorful. When I am in town again, I will most definitely eat here again.
One of my favorites to grab a salad. The Washington state is my favorite. Comes with chicken. Apples, crushed walnuts and blue cheese crumbles. Be sure to ask them to chop it. Peach mango tea is perfect with my salad.
It’s interesting how the younger generation thinks it’s appropriate to tell customers that they will get mad if you order something to your specifications.I asked one person on staff if he could chop the salad because in the past, that was the way it was done. I haven’t been back to Bread Zepplin for a while and noticed they didn’t chop the salad last time I ordered. The young man behind the counter made a point to tell me that even though he won’t get mad about it but his coworkers might because the dressing was already on the salad. So, a suggestion to management is instead of “training customers,” the staff should be trained to ask customers if they want their salads to be chopped before they put the dressing on the salad.Other than that, the salad is good and first person who took my order and cashier were both polite. I’ve always enjoyed the food here. The dining room could have been cleaned up better during down time. There was food on the floor.
Don't understand. I walked in at 850. Doors were opened. No one was there. No food in the bins. Why not close at 830...or 8...or 745...or 6...or noon. What sense is there in having hours of operation if you aren't operating in them? Does not make any sense whatsoever. Either they are opened for business or they aren't. Lock the doors and change the hours in the window otherwise.
Our experience from the onset terrible. The staff is incredibly rude. So rude we almost walked out halfway through the ordering process. Will not be back and would be surprised if this place makes it in SL. Also, the bread is so hard it injures the roof of your mouth.
Amazing sandwich, my favorite sandwich shop ever. Consistency good sandwiches I highly recommend. ??
Best Caesar salad sandwich ever
