Great place for a coffee pick me up— I got the Mexican mocha. It’s a great Starbucks alternative with tasteful flavors but I’d say the coffee is less craft-fully made than a curated coffee shop.It’s a great ambiance to sit and get some work done or catch up with friends. Music was fun to listen to!
Excellent service quality, as I meant really wonderful people here. First time I went they helped me out with what they recommend and I found the perfect off menu item. (It's called the white out in case anyone's wondering and it's a white mocha hazelnut versus the blackout which is mocha and hazelnut.)Honestly this place has better quality coffee then most of the other big joints that shall not be named *cough cough* Starbucks *cough...* They also have really nice seating setup where you can either relax or study from. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
My new favorite coffee bar in Southlake. Great place to enjoy a coffee and get some work done. Plenty of tables to sit at and inviting atmosphere. Shaken expresso with cold foam was perfect.
I am not a coffee drinker but this place has a lot of options for those who are not bean fiends (coffee addicts).Teas, smoothies, all the different milks and creamers for those who stay away from cow products (dairy).Really nice design inside and really helpful, cheerful, employees, who are ready and willing to serve their patrons. Love their coffee and tea but this has happened on multiple occasions with hot drinks. If you go through the drive through they don’t give you a sleeve for your coffee and it’s so hot it makes your hand red and hurts! I guess you always have to ask!! if the coffee is that hot it should be required!!
I came in for a coffee but changed my mind last minute for a refreshing peach Italian soda and it was so delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try a signature coffee!
Really beautiful space serving modern vibes and blended drinks. The menu featured tons of blended drinks didn’t really showcase the basics. I would have liked to have seen a listing of the syrups available for lattes, for example, instead of a large quick-moving animation advertising that they’re hiring. The cafe was really modern and pretty, I’d be a great place to meet a friend if the machines they used weren’t so loud. The logo and the the advertising in the order area don’t match the aesthetic of the actual coffee shop- the area where you sit didn’t vibe with the area you ordered- it felt like two different aesthetics and was jarring. Not my thing, I won’t be back anytime soon.
Awesome drinks, great customer service! My friend and I went here for the first time today and I will definitely be back. Even though they accidentally got our orders switched, they re did them for us and were extremely nice!! Not to mention, my friend and I are both on the spectrum so it takes us a long time to order and they were kind and patient with us! It's not easy finding places that are that Spectrum friendly, including the atmosphere. The lighting and simple but welcoming decor was also great for us. It is one of the only places we have been to that really has been this great in entirety. We appreciate this place.
Honestly love Black Rock Coffee, I was so sick of the Starbucks around me randomly closing early and decided to give Black Rock a try. The coffee is really good and tons of choices. The staff are so friendly in a genuine refreshing way. Black Rock also recognizes our Veterans, which I love❤️
When they ask you if you want your muffin warmed up, say yes. They legit gave me a frozen muffin. Otherwise pretty good coffee.
