Dinner with the family. June 29 at five. New and shy waiter was fine and restaurant not busy. Out of calamari and house chardonnay happy hour upon order. Myself, Tavern garlic pesto chicken pizza thin crust was flimsy. Salmon with two vegetables dry or overcooked, taco poke rice vinegar flavor not finished, two burgers enjoyed, fettuccini alfredo chicken lacked flavor according to nephew. Avocado egg rolls were good where the cheese sticks were not crispy. It has been a hit or miss with this restaurant. I would recommend the GM look at all plates going to a table. Price total was 163.00 before tip, six people, two appetizers, two six dollar glasses of wine.

Food is good and the service too. Enjoyed both food and drinks.

Stopped here yesterday for lunch. We were the second set of guests in the restaurant. Went to use men's bathroom and the floors were sticky and toilets not cleaned well. When we sat down there were food stains on the seats. I asked a server about moving to the next table and he said it's fine. Also there were minor food stains on this seat as well. I looked around and saw hand prints and smudges all over all the glass dividers between tables. The counters were dusty with bits of crumbs on one of them. The menu had a big food stain. I was shocked at the cleanliness of the place, especially with covid-19 going around. This restaurant isn't doing a great job at keeping the place clean. It only makes me wonder about the cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen. If they aren't keeping the public areas clean, why should they keep the private areas clean? We normally go to the Hurst location and was our first time here. From reading the critical reviews here and on yelp, seems like an ongoing problem. The food was okay and service was good, but can't foresee eating at a restaurant that's not kept clean.

Will only come here if I’m craving a pizookie!Usually when we go, our service is slow but can be understandable if it’s due to staff shortages. The quality of the food just reminds me of chilli’s food. It’s not the best quality for the price but I guess it’s good portions.

Horrible experience. Very disgusting people who don’t event know how to treat customer. First they brought me wrong Pizookie so I waiting another 30 minute to get another mess. Look at pic below and see type of pizookie this place serves. I would not recommend anyone this place. Terrible place to eat!!!! Never again!!!!

Wow was that a terrible experience. They didn't have any appetizers besides potato skins, none. We finally settled on a pizza. Small and large were the only options. Toppings were also not available so we ordered extra cheese and didn't get that either. The tea was soured and undrinkable.I'll give it two stars because the beer was cold and the waitress did a good job with what she had to work with. Won't be back soon.

I have been to many different locations of BJ's. In NY, CA, and two different locations in TX. This location is very disappointing. We ordered Avocado spring roll for appetizer and as you see on the picture they came out burned and the sauce was missing. We asked to get a new fresh one but the server brought out the same one with a sauce on the side and informed us that it will be free although it's "improperly prepared" (that is what he said). We asked if they have someone to watch over the food before serving it out and he said that they do have someone who checks but still they did not even bother to get us a fresh one. I will never come to this location again.

Always great selections. Diana took good care of us, very accommodating. My husband always orders Santa fe salad. I love the parmigiana crusted chicken and they have great turkey burgers too.

I have been to this location many times throughout the years, however this past Sunday was the worst experience I ever had. I haven't worked or experienced as a customer a restaurant so dysfunctional before. We called ahead since we had a large party and arrived at 5:45. We did not leave until 8 because of all the issues. The tables were put together in an odd manner that blocked the walkway and hard for anyone to maneuver around. We ordered drinks that never arrived. The plates for the appetizers were dirty. They brought new ones that were also dirty. They brought everyone's food out in pairs with 15 minute delays in-between, so no one was eating at the same time. One order was completely forgot. A child's spaghetti had a puddle of water at the bottom with little sauce. The plates that were brought out for the pizza were also dirty. When my brother talked to the manger to figure out why the food was coming out in a spotty manner, he did not seem too concerned with the quality of the service, food, or long kitchen time. I would recommend going somewhere else if you're in the area.

Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We made a few special requests and they were executed flawlessly. Our server was the perfect amount of there and not there. Nearly perfect experience! Only complaint was were were seated by the bathroom.
